PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Tiffany Aldridge to the 40/40 Club! Tiffany says she is from a little town called Naruna, Virginia but moved when she was younger to Lynchburg, Virginia. “I enjoy playing the piano for my church, spending time with my family, traveling and working my business. I am a basketball coach’s wife to an amazing husband. I have three beautiful children who keep me on my toes. I’m a football mom to my 15-year-old son, Girl Scouts co-leader to my 10-year-old daughter, and my 4-year-old son mastered how to take naps at school but not on the weekends, haha. I love to travel and have been to several states as well as Jamaica, Mexico, Cayman Islands and the Bahamas.
“I work full-time at a cancer center and work my business on a part-time basis, but am seeing full-time results. I absolutely love being a part of the PlanNet Marketing family. This business is designed for a busy person. I love the culture and family that we have with this business. You are in business for yourself, but not by yourself. I am thankful for my team and everyone I have met through PlanNet Marketing. We have great leadership here that provides us with the blueprint and the keys to be successful.”
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Kirsty Jackson to the 20/20 Club! Kirsty is originally from Lancashire, UK and is now living in Cheshire with her husband and two children. She loves socialising with friends, eating out, yoga, and of course, travelling!
“As a family we love to travel! We lived in the Algarve for five years and Dubai for four years before returning back to the UK. Over the past few years, we have also enjoyed visiting Spain, Lisbon, Cyprus, Abu Dhabi and more recently last year, the beautiful city of Venice.
"As far as tips and techniques, I’d say just follow the process! We have the most amazing training tools, so don’t reinvent the wheel! Stay true to yourself and who you are – people buy into the leader before they buy into the vision, so just be natural and let them see how passionate you are about this amazing opportunity.
“Set your goal and commit to reaching it every single day. Stay consistent, both in your prospecting and social media (if this is how you build your business) and even when you feel that you’re not getting anywhere – keep going! The results will come.
“A fun fact about me is that I appeared in ‘Ahlan’ magazine (UAE’s version of ‘OK’ magazine) for attending the Harry Potter premiere in Dubai, dressed as a witch!”
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Kristen McCluney to the 20/20 Club! Kristen says she is from the very small town of Union, SC and currently lives in Columbia, SC. “I went to USC for nursing school and have been a nurse for almost ten years. I’m single, no children, and living my best life! My interests are traveling and trying new foods. I love to travel and I’ve gone mostly stateside, but have been to the Bahamas and Mexico. I’ve taken 35 vacays within the last 18 months!!!
“How I’m achieving success at PlanNet Marketing: When I first got started I wasn’t coachable. I did my own thing for a few months, but once I got out of my own way, success was around the corner. I had no network marketing experience, no network, and no business experience, and only four friends, so I attached myself to my sponsor and one of my Directors in particular. I did what they did, I said what they said, and I started getting the same results. I started June 7, 2019 and was able to achieve Directorship on August 31, 2020. The no’s built me and the yes’s built my business.
“Tips I would share would be to stay plugged in, attach to your leaders, and don’t let life take you out. Sacrifices will also be needed. I sacrificed sleep, gave my dog to my mom, stopped unnecessary spending, gave up my season tickets to South Carolina Gamecock football games, family time, birthdays, holidays, dating and basically anything that wasn’t income-producing. I believe in PlanNet Marketing so much that I’m willing to sacrifice now for long term gain.”
1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I’m from Miami, Fl, and currently live in Pompano Beach, FL. I'm a stay at home mom to four beautiful birth children; I'm also a foster parent to two of my lovely nieces. I'm a wife of 13 years to my wonderful husband who’s been in my and our children's lives for the last 19 years. I worked for corporate America for about three years until they fired me while on my sick bed after giving birth to my last daughter. When I'm not traveling, I love shopping; I'm an extreme couponer! I also enjoy having family game and movie night with my hubby and kids.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I've grown tremendously. I've learned to be a team player, and I'm a firm believer that there's no "I" in team. My team has made me into the awesome leader that I am today. PlanNet Marketing has taught me to be self-driven, consistent, coachable and most of all, motivated and hungry and to never give up.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My family drives me to push harder everyday. I don't want my children to have to work for anyone as they become adults. I have to do it for them, being the huge family that we are under one income. My husband motivates me by getting up every morning at 3:00 am to go to work, working so hard to take care of our family. It’s only right that I go hard in my business to lift some of the weight off of his shoulders.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My mom, because growing up she worked so hard with two jobs at a time, to make sure I and my six siblings never went without. Even through the struggles and not having a father figure in our lives, she made it happen as a single parent, no matter what life threw at us.
5. The three words that describe you best are:
Hungry, determined, motivated
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
No matter how hard life gets, never give up! "When life happens, make life happen."
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
I will be a six-figure income earner, will have retired my husband and will be completely debt-free.
COVID Is NOT a Network Marketing Tool!
With Stimulus Checks going out to millions of Americans this week, it's tempting to try to pique interest by talking about the best way to spend that money – but please do not post about or talk to anyone about how they should or should not spend their stimulus money. I wrote previously about how seriously the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is taking the global COVID pandemic. It's been awhile, so here's a recap of why we at PlanNet Marketing are NOT using any crisis as a sales tool.
On April 24, 2020, the FTC sent out 10 warning letters to network marketing companies. The warnings were mainly regarding the promotion of dietary supplements along with COVID-19. The FTC also issued a few warnings regarding income claims associated with COVID-19. PlanNet Marketing has always operated at the highest levels of integrity – we want to help change people’s lives, but we need to do it in a fair and transparent way. Kevin Thompson, MLM Attorney, stated recently, “There is ZERO gray area here. The field cannot commingle any content with COVID.”
What does this mean for PlanNet Marketing Reps?
PlanNet Marketing is requiring our Reps to immediately cease the use of any COVID, Coronavirus, pandemic, crisis, quarantine, unemployment, or stimulus check talk in reference to their business. No gray area. If you are acting as a PlanNet Marketing Rep in person, over the phone, via messenger, via text, on a FB live or a social media post, on Zoom or in any other capacity – please do not speak about COVID. Please make sure that you and your team are not using any words, images, or even hashtags that would link our business in connection with the current global pandemic. Avoid buzzwords like "COVID-19, Coronavirus, Pandemic, Crisis, Stimulus Check, Unemployment," or similar in connection with your business.
What CAN we say about our business right now?
1) Opportunity. Talk about being a Rep with PlanNet Marketing! Go ahead and tell the world about how you are personally experiencing personal freedom, financial freedom, and time freedom. We love those posts! Tell the world how to "Design your amazing, ideal life through a lucrative home-based business model where YOU are in control!"
2) Product. Talk about the InteleTravel ITA. It's your product, so sell it. Make sure you don't talk about agent pricing or perks though. When you talk about the ITA, you should talk about selling travel, earning commissions (on travel sales), and learning about the travel biz! It's as simple as that. "It's rewarding. It's social. It's fun. It's TRAVEL and you can own it!"
3) Background. Feel free to share information and statistics about PlanNet Marketing and our Founders! We have some great info about our company right on our website and also in our presentation. You can also share info about InteleTravel and their leaders.
4) Income and Disclosure. Feel free to talk about the income potential that PlanNet Marketing offers, but please note that ANY TIME we talk about money, we need to reference the PlanNet Marketing Income Disclosure Statement (IDS). The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is very serious about providing consumers with accurate and complete information about earnings before that consumer makes a purchase. In our industry, it's super important to safeguard our business by always disclosing complete earnings potential as shown on the PlanNet Marketing IDS. All you have to do is include a link to that page with your online post -- https://www.plannetmarketing.com/en-us/Income-Disclosure.
