MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER DAMON CHUCK!

Damon-Chuck-2020-article.jpg

Meet PlanNet Marketing 20/20 Club member Damon Chuck! Damon shares, “Greetings to my PlanNet families, Dream Team, and Legacy. I am originally from Kingston, Jamaica; my parents migrated to Brooklyn, New York when I was five years old, with my father serving this great country in the US Army. My mother raised my younger sister and me while working and attending college. After graduating from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, where I received my undergrad, I worked as a social worker and my current profession as a Correctional Officer. I was blessed to meet my beautiful wife, Yvonne, who with our four children together make up my family. We reside in Brooklyn, New York, where I still work, and in Easton, PA where my children attend school.

“Then about seven months ago PlanNet Marketing came in and changed our lives. At first it was something for Yvonne to earn extra income while retired at home with an injury, but when I got wind of it I didn't have to think about it – I was sold. I mean the trips we took, the people we met, the excitement, the culture, the exposure! I was more excited than Yvonne and that's pretty hard to say! Number one income earner Six-Star Director Mr. Shedrick White, Four-Star Director Mr. Walter Powell lV, Five-Star Director Ms. Eileen Ross, my Three-Star Director Mr. David Washington, and the CEO, the Founder and the Visionary, Mr. Donald Bradley, were all eager to help me win immediately.

“But I wouldn't have been introduced to any of them if not for my coaches and mentors, my One-Star Directors Dianne Polite-Gore and her husband, James Gore. Those two poured into me and my wife from the very beginning and now we are inseparable. It's because of them I am 20/20 and my wife is on her way to DIT in such a short time. It's not easy, however – you have to grind in order to be successful, you have to be coachable, you have to make sacrifices, you have to grow a thick skin for all the NOs that you're going to get, and finally you have to work together with your team. Get stretched and success will come your way. And remember, it's a two-fold business, so take time to do your InteleTravel University because I don't believe in leaving money on the table.”

COMPLIANCE CORNER

Amanda-Restivo175.jpg

Sometimes, when life gets a little too crazy, hard, or scary, we just want to crawl into bed, put our head under the covers and pretend like none of it is happening. Pretend everything is fine and good. Don’t ask questions, don’t take names. Just forget about it all and try again tomorrow…or next week. Things will look better in the morning. Right?

But ignorance ain’t bliss y’all – it’ll cost you everything if you’re not careful.

As a PlanNet Marketing Rep, it is your responsibility to KNOW and FOLLOW the Policies and Procedures. If you’re not familiar with our policies, you may be unknowingly breaking any number of rules.

Oh yes. It’s true! You could be out there working your tail off to build your PlanNet business, but if you’re breaking the rules you could end up losing commissions, your place in the matrix, your team – you could lose your whole business! BE CAREFUL!

Blindly following the leader isn’t a fun childhood game, it’s a game-changer in network marketing. If you want to copy a cat, make sure it’s the right cat.

Go to your Virtual Office now, look under Resources and download your own personal copy of the Policies and Procedures. Then, tune into my weekly blog for tips on making these rules work FOR your business, not AGAINST it. If you have any questions about this or any compliance matter, please email me at Compliance@plannetmarketing.com

GREAT WORK, TEAM!
LET'S ALL SHOOT FOR THE STARS!

CONGRATULATIONS TO GEORGIA CROWTHER FOR ACHIEVING ONE-STAR DIRECTOR!

Georgia-Crowther-1star-announce.jpg

Meet new One-Star Director Georgia Crowther! Georgia was born and bred in North London, UK and for the last two years has lived in Lancashire in northwest England. She tells us, “My interests include exploring new countries, eating good food, drinking yummy wine, spending quality time with family and friends, and I am quite the adrenaline junkie, so if it involves jumping out of an aeroplane or off a cliff I’m there!

“I have been very lucky to see a lot of the world already. At age 21, I worked in Virginia at a summer camp as a unit leader. A year later I moved to Australia for 12 months, followed by six months of living in New Zealand, and I also spent four months backpacking around southeast Asia. In between all of these travels, I have explored different parts of Europe. I still have an extremely long list of countries that I would love to visit.“As you can tell, I have an absolutely huge passion for travel, which is what attracted me to this business. Writing this for the blog as a One-Star Director still feels like a dream to me. You have to nip self doubt in the bud from the get-go, because only you are hindering your own progression. ‘Keep your eyes on the finish line and don’t look at what other people are doing’ has to be my number one tip; my business only started to properly grow when I implemented this. You MUST be super coachable. We hear it all the time, but consistency really is key. Even on days you don’t feel like putting any time or effort into your business, just do a little, as a little is better than nothing at all; but most of all, you have to make the decision that the goal you set is yours and you are committed to doing anything it takes to achieve it.

“Achieving success quickly comes from team effort. My biggest tip is to make the time to get to know and understand your team’s goals – once you do, you can grow together.

“A fun fact about me is I actually trained as a dancer to perform in the West End!”

CONGRATULATIONS TO CLAIRE NORTHCOTT FOR ACHIEVING ONE-STAR DIRECTOR!

Claire-Northcott-1star-announce.jpg

Meet new One-Star Director Claire Northcott! Claire tells us she lives in Newton Abbot in the sunny Devon (as it's known) in England, UK, saying “I have the best of both worlds – close to the beach and also to city life. I am a bit of an entertainer and dance professionally, so my interests surround this. Dancing has been my life since I was small and I can dance most styles. I really enjoy Latin dance styles and Latin music. I also play five instruments, one of them being my saxophone, so of course I feel at home in New Orleans.

“As a dancer I have worked across the world and also been lucky enough to dance on cruise ships. I have travelled to 53 countries and lived in three different countries abroad to experience their cultures, and of course the food! I wish I had known about this opportunity sooner. My favourite place to visit is Sri Lanka – if you haven’t been...you need to! I was there just after the tsunami and helped rebuild houses for the locals; it was so heartwarming. The people and culture there were stunning and I even dressed up in native clothing to join in a temple blessing…so moving.

“As for achieving success, doing this for a year now has taught me a lot. I am new to network marketing but the one thing I will say is…be yourself. People like people, and real people at that. They will partner with someone confident in their own branding and this is your time to shine. Stand out from the crowd and show what you can bring to the table. Be a leader you would want to follow and be proud of. I found that being relatable and honest helped me build not only business partners but lifelong friendships that will outlast time. Make this a goal!

“A fun fact: I freak out at honeycomb. Please don’t laugh at me (you can if you want) but I have a fear of lots of holes – it’s called trypophobia and it physically makes me sick and I pull faces like a Wallace and Gromit character. If you don’t know what trypophobia is please Google it. I know, dramatic right? I have not always had this fear though; it has only happened since having my daughter 18 months ago. I know it’s strange!”

PLANNET MARKETING WELCOMES TIERRA MORELAND TO THE 40/40 CLUB!

4040club_moreland.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Tierra Moreland to the 40/40 Club! Tierra is originally from Boynton Beach/West Palm Beach, Florida and currently resides in Lithonia, Georgia. Tierra shares, “I am a wife and mother of two beautiful kids. I enjoy traveling, reading books, crossword puzzles, and quality time with my husband and kids.

“I am a full-time medical assistant in the healthcare field and PlanNet Marketing is allowing me to work less hours, make extra income, and soon to be able to leave my day job completely. I am blessed to be able to have an awesome mentorship in this company, which has helped me push myself to reach every goal I set in place.

“Staying plugged in, remaining coachable, duplicating, and leveraging my up-line leadership is what is bringing me out on top abundantly. I would tell my other sisters and brothers in success to go to your monthly meetings, upcoming events, listen in to the phone calls, webinars, Zooms, and attend and host travel parties. Any of these will benefit your business and your success. Once I started attending events, following my mentor, Mrs. Natalie Graham, and plugging into the Team Call with Mr. Moore, I saw the difference in my business!

“So don’t fall short with all the tools and knowledge that is given. Leverage your leadership by all means necessary. A huge thank you goes to Mrs. Natalie Nicole Graham! Because of her leadership, pouring into me, and helping me in every way, I have leveled up tremendously. I am so grateful for her and can’t thank her enough for taking me under her wing and showing me the way to succeed in this business!”

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Julia Calantoni to the 20/20 Club! Julia tells us, “I am absolutely humbled by the opportunity to be a part of this amazing business and to have the honor of being a 20/20 Club Member! I am a wife and a mom of two boys from New Jersey. I run this business alongside my Special Education teaching career. PlanNet Marketing has given me the opportunity to earn an income while still doing what I love!

“I have a passion for education and I am always striving for personal growth. I’ve learned so much in this short amount of time from our wonderful mentorship!! “As a natural born teacher, my passion is to help others. I literally cannot wait to wake up every day to see how many other lives I can help by sharing this opportunity with them!”
