These are the Top 50 One-Star Directors who have achieved the 150 mark in their team building and are on their way to Two-Star Director.
THE LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT SHINES ON: ELIZABETH HUNTLEY
1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in the Houston area. I grew up and raised my children in Highlands and I currently live in Mont Belvieu. I am the mother of three adult children: Doug, Matthew, and Lauren; YaYa of five beautiful grands: Ty, Harrison, Alyse, Davis, and Reese; wife to Bennie for 25 years; and we share our life with two rescue fur babies (Scottish terriers), Scruffy and Lulu.
My one and only hobby, ironically, is TRAVEL! Mostly road trips. My husband and I used to hook up the camper and head out to Colorado or the Smoky Mountains, maybe the Grand Canyon, and definitely a couple trips a year to New Braunfels, TX to float the Guadalupe River during the summer months. Now that we are empty nesters, we travel a little differently. We have flown to San Francisco, rented a car and driven the Pacific Coast Highway up the western coastline to Washington State, we flew into DC and drove the eastern coastline up into Maine and briefly into Nova Scotia, flew into Buffalo, NY, visited Niagara Falls, and drove east to see the fall foliage. We are doing a few more Caribbean vacations than we did in the past with a Costa Rica trip scheduled. My bucket list destination is St. Andrews, Scotland; my husband is an avid golfer and I want to take him to the birthplace of golf.
I worked corporate America for 25 years as an account executive with a staffing agency and the Faculty Affairs office with a hospital in the Houston Medical Center. I was spending 12 to 14 hours a day getting ready for work, going to work, being at work, or coming home from work. One day I hit a brick wall and knew there had to be a better way; I was working all the time and not living.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
PlanNet Marketing is the first time I’ve been challenged to personally develop myself. I have been encouraged to read books about working my business, leading my team, and becoming a better person. I accepted the challenge. I read…well I listened. I know Mr. Bradley prefers we read the book, but I’m an Audible gal, so I listen while I’m cleaning house, while I’m driving, during quiet time… but I do buy the book so I can highlight chapters or information I want to refer back to. I have developed a hunger for personal development.
I want success for everyone so I search out what I can, to find ways to help my team think outside the box, to be creative and unique in their approach, not to be cookie cutter marketers. I don’t want to settle for mediocrity and I don’t want to develop mediocre leaders.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My husband is at that age that we should be seriously discussing retirement. We didn’t make the best financial decisions along the way, so although we can retire, we would need to go on a tight budget. We have spent years building this amazing life; I do not want to go backwards. I want to continue to live this beautiful life that we have invested years creating. So, I need to supplement our retirement income so he can retire and enjoy life the way he wants…on a golf course.
My motivation was retirement in the beginning…don’t you know it changes on our journey. While it still drives me to get to six figures, what really motivates and inspires me now is the journey I see my team on. They are hungry; they want financial, personal and time freedom. They see the evidence and they want a piece of that! I love seeing the personal growth, the determination, and being a part of their journey. We have a long way to go; we are all still developing into leaders, but I know beyond a shadow of a doubt they will reach their goal of financial independence!
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
We are so fortunate in the Houston market; I have access to some of the top earners in our company. Directors JP Watkins and Phillip Rollins are always available to us at the Houston meetings. Director LaVonda Thornton spent hours mentoring; she took time out of her busy day to pour into me and another Director. Directors Walter and Tiffany Powell are the epitome of servant leaders; they are always reaching out to me and offering priceless nuggets. My accountability partner is Director Judy Cantu – now this lady is real, transparent, and shoots from the hip. She does not hold back and we have learned much from each other; her friendship and guidance has been priceless.
My sponsor, Director Shannon Addington, and Director Cathi Bray are always available to me and let me use them for a sounding board or they will help direct me. I met Director Rachel Russell in 2018 in Baltimore, and that’s when she took me under her wing and has been a constant on my journey ever since. She is my coach and mentor and I can be as real with her and matter of fact as I need to be and she will be the same with me. I admire her for her tenacity, her resilience, her kind heart and servant leadership. Rachel encourages, motivates, and inspires all around her…how lucky was I that April day? I am extremely fortunate in having many role models for different reasons but I appreciate and love each one of them for taking me and my business seriously. Each one of them has invested in my growth and success!
5. The three words that describe you best are:
Bold, Loyal, Honest
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Failure is not the opposite of success; it is part of the process. You need to fail more to be successful!
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, we will be living life on our terms…my husband will be retired on a golf course somewhere and I’ll be traveling the globe helping my team continue to grow!!!
PLANNET MARKETING WELCOMES TWO NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBERS!
Each week we will list the new 20/20 Club Members as soon as their pictures are received so that their recognition will be timely. The personal 20/20 Club features will continue; currently there are many 20/20 Club Members who have sent in their bios, but due to the growing number, have not yet been featured in the blog. Watch for your bio in future editions of PlanNetNow!
Recognition is very important and we hope this new format shows how much we value our 20/20 Club Members! Congratulations to everyone who has achieved this very important level in your PlanNet business!
MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER BECKY HAYES!
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Becky Hayes to the 20/20 Club! Becky tells us she is 36 and mum to her four-year-old daughter, Lilly. She shares, “We live in Sheffield in South Yorkshire in the UK. I’ve been in the business since June of last year. I love travel (obvs!), food, red wine, walking and family time.
“I’ve been lucky to travel quite a bit to places like Dubai, Maldives, and the south of France, but there are so many more places that I want to see. Bali is high on my list and also Lake Garda in Italy…hopefully I can tick them off soon. I can’t wait to see the world with my daughter.
“I absolutely love mentoring and helping people! I’ve never been involved in network marketing before and I never thought I would…but our product is so special that I had to be part of this. I love showing people a way they can earn money but also spend more time with their families and have more time freedom. I utilize social media to attract people and I chat to people face-to-face about our business. You never know what has just happened in someone’s life or what they are looking for, so it’s worth chatting to everyone about it! And travel is such an easy conversation starter. The more people you talk to, the more chance you have of people joining.
“I think being positive definitely helps. People are attracted to positivity. And what’s not to be positive about with this business?!
“A fun fact about myself is that I quit my job as a radio presenter to do this full time. And I do voiceovers on adverts so listen out as you may hear me!”
MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER KAREN STEWART!
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Karen Stewart to the 20/20 Club! Karen currently lives in Austin, Texas. She says, “We moved to Texas over 30 years ago from northern Virginia. We love the people here and their warm hospitality. This has become home and where our three children were born. I homeschooled my children and now wish I had been involved in the travel industry; we would have had some amazing lessons.
I was born in Washington, D.C. at Bolling AFB. My father was an amateur bowler who won many state championships. For years I told friends that I was born in a bowling alley, because my mum said I was born at Bolling. Much to my dismay, at 12 I found out that it was an Air Force base.
I love to travel and have been traveling since I was 18 months old. I was born into an Air Force family, married an Air Force officer, mom to an Air Force officer, and MIL to an Air Force officer, so you could say I bleed “blue.” My first travel experience was to move to Germany at 18 months old. German was my first language and I lived there off and on for ten years. I moved to Berlin, Germany one year after the wall was built and it was interesting going in and out of Berlin by train. I haven’t had the opportunity to go back now that the wall is down. I’m hoping that will change in the next few years.
My dad met my mother in England on his first tour of duty. Half of my family still lives there and we love meeting up with them. With this amazing company, this will be more of a reality and we can meet in some amazing places. I also lived in Taipei, Taiwan as a child and learned Mandarin Chinese. I lived through two typhoons and many earthquakes. Because I lived in Europe growing up, I was able to travel to many great destinations. As a teenager I was able to go to Switzerland every January with a bunch of friends. I’ve traveled to Holland/Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Great Britain, France, Belgium, Denmark, Latvia, and Switzerland. My bucket list is to travel to Italy, Greece and the old Eastern Bloc countries (since they were not available to travel to when I lived there), Egypt, and Israel. I’ve been to all but five states (Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire) and would love to cross them off my list.
I love helping others and that’s why this business was a win/win for me. How can I not share the opportunity with others to travel less expensively and make a nice side income as well? This coming summer we will be able to see our SIL, who is going to be stationed in Korea, and then go to Japan. Without the benefits and income from PlanNet and InteleTravel, we wouldn’t be able to afford such a fantastic trip. (Note: this was written before the COVID-19 travel restrictions.)
My biggest tip is to be enthusiastic and excited. This is such a great opportunity. We owe it to our friends, family, and others to share it with them. This is what has helped me get to 20/20 quickly. I also have a list of goals that I want to achieve. It’s fun crossing them off (Bronze, Silver, Gold, 20/20, DIT, One Star Director, etc.).
I love doing things with our church and youth. I love to read. I worked in an orphanage in Taiwan when I was 12 years old. I used to own a brick and mortar gift shop for years. I owned it with my mother and sister and we sold wholesale, as well as retail. We were approached by Cracker Barrel to sell our country crafts to their business. I also owned a catering business in Washington, D.C.
I love this industry because I don’t have the overhead that a traditional brick and mortar requires. I can actually do business on my phone. When I took my eldest son to Disneyland I was helping one of my team members via text while standing in line for Space Mountain. How many jobs allow you to do that? I am so thankful that one of my daughter’s bridesmaids had the courage to approach me about this amazing business. I am so happy to be in the best place on the PlanNet.
COMPLIANCE CORNER
BE CAREFUL!
As a mom, I feel like I probably say “Be careful” about one hundred seventy-four and a half times every day…maybe more. It’s just that I know things my kids don’t know, ya know? I know that climbing on that couch will eventually end with a bonked head. I know that running out into the street puts you at risk to get hit by a car. I know that screaming and hitting your sibling will not make them do what you want – it will just breed more hitting and screaming.
I know.
My kids don’t know these things yet. They’re still getting there. They’re still learning from their experiences. They’re still stumbling, sometimes scraping knees, crying, and calling for mom to rescue them. They will learn. In the meantime, I’m hoping they listen to me! Right?! Trust that I know a little more than they know AND trust that I have their best interests at heart.
As a Rep with PlanNet Marketing, you might not know things your upline and corporate know. Your Director probably has a little more learning experience under their belt. Our Support Team might have a better understanding of the Matrix and commission structure than you have. I might know more about industry rules regarding Income Disclosures than the average Rep. Mr. Donald Bradley might know what to say and what not to say to a prospect you’re trying to enroll on your team.
You don’t know what you don’t know. And knowledge is POWER.
Don’t worry though – it’s NORMAL not to know it all. It’s not only normal, it’s expected! PlanNet Marketing knows that our Reps need assistance, support and training to be successful in this business. We want to give you every single thing we can to make sure you can be successful. We provide you with the “stuff” like a website, videos, social media images and flyers. Our Directors host virtual meetings on a weekly and monthly basis. Our corporate team is just a phone call or email away, to answer your most pressing business questions. There are training videos and information in your Virtual Office and your sponsor and upline Director are always there to help too. You can even harness the power of social media to connect with other Reps who might not even be on your “team,” because truly, we’re all on the same team!
Make sure you’re using every resource available and be intentional about working your business and educating yourself.
You can’t learn too much, you won’t ever know everything. Knowledge truly is power.
Empower yourself today!

SATURDAY MEETINGS - ONLINE & LIVE!
CONGRATULATIONS TO NESE DOUGLAS FOR ACHIEVING TWO-STAR DIRECTOR!
CONGRATULATIONS TO ANGELICA TURNER FOR ACHIEVING TWO-STAR DIRECTOR!
CONGRATULATIONS TO SABRINA KNAPP FOR ACHIEVING ONE-STAR DIRECTOR AND 60/60 CLUB!
Meet new PlanNet Marketing One-Star Director and 60/60 Club member Sabrina Knapp! Sabrina tells us that she is from a VERY small town in southeast Iowa, called Hedrick. The largest town near Hedrick (population 746) is Ottumwa, IA (population 27,000). “I LOVE to travel, plain and simple,” she says. “I love to garden, I love to cook, and I love to spend time with my family. I have three children and two grandchildren and they are so fun to be with!
“As a traveler, I have traveled all over the Caribbean. We are cruisers, so that is where I prefer to be. The southern Caribbean is my favorite. We named our business BlueWater Bound because Bonaire is where we hope and dream to live one day! As a travel business owner…I also book a lot of cruises. Royal Caribbean is my cruise line of choice, but there are others that I like. I book a lot of all inclusives and Hawaii packages and I'm so VERY glad that travel is on the uprise!
“The key for me is true, honest, real conversation. Get to know the people that you are talking to about the business. It is important that they know and like and trust you, and having genuine conversation with them is key! Teamwork is also needed. However, you can really only ever depend on yourself…so make sure that you are believable and real. People will gravitate to you and that is important. If you portray yourself one way and live another…you aren't believable and you won't keep people's attention. Be who you say you are!
“I'm so glad to be on this journey. I didn't originally sign up to be a Team Builder, but I got in and I love it and it's something that has really grown with me. I hope to be a great leader to my team and they all make me very proud!”
CONGRATULATIONS TO TRAMAINE WILLIAMS FOR ACHIEVING ONE-STAR DIRECTOR!
MEET NEW ONE-STAR DIRECTOR CRYSTAL BODIE SMITH!
Meet One-Star Director Crystal Bodie Smith! Crystal shares, “I was born and raised in Wagner Projects in Harlem, New York City. I spent the majority of my middle and high school years in Jamaica/Hollis Queens, New York. Then after college years and getting married, I moved to Raleigh, North Carolina, where both my parents were from and were living there after retiring.
“I am a proud mother of all daughters with one grandson. I have one sibling left, a cancer survivor, whom I have been helping take care of with her children. Sister and I both live in the Raleigh/ Knightdale area. I I love my family and am very grateful for my upbringing, which has made me who I am today. I give honor to the late Charles and Virginia Phillips for the strong foundation and instilling morals and ethics in me early.
“Prior to PlanNet Marketing, I was not focused on helping other families win in life, I was just providing outreach services. Since joining, not only did I start a business, but I reignited a fire to pursue my passion as a catalyst for hope, and my mission shifted. The best part is, I had the desire, and PlanNet Marketing gave me the means to bring about more results for people. What is most exciting is I am seeing the fruits of my labor, and lives are being impacted in the local community and globally.
So far I have been to Cancun, Hawaii, Las Vegas, Nashville, St. Louis, Hollywood, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Miami, Alabama, and along the east coast to every state from New York to North Carolina. I have driven cross country from Raleigh to Nashville and also from Raleigh to Detroit, which included beautiful mountains and flatlands. If you are not taking advantage of these travel opportunities, I strongly encourage everyone to see the world and expose your family. The view is amazing in the sky and on the road. Live your best life now. You and your family deserve it, so do not just work and pay bills. There is more to life than just existing or surviving week-to-week or day-to-day. I have exposed all my children to travel and I love watching them go and live their best lives traveling. It is a great feeling and we all want our children to have better opportunities then we did. We must pave the way and set them on their way. Please begin exposing yours today. I promise you will get so much joy watching them.
As to achieving success at PlanNet Marketing, before you actually achieve anything in life, you must see yourself there and act and walk like you are already there. I promise you if you are mentally and spiritually there first, you will continue to grow and develop; you will physically get there. I am living proof that ️if you can conceive it, believe it, then you will achieve it. The icing on the cake for me was when I saw my cousin, (now Two-Star Director) Nese Douglas, do it that day she hit it. At the Convention, I put on a Director jacket and claimed it. Yes, I had hurdles that prolonged it that would have taken many people totally out of the game! However, I didn’t take my eye off the mark and I pressed on for the higher calling. I activated the faith instilled in me.
“My advice to all in this race to Directorship is to remember that whatever you encounter, NOTHING is too hard for God!! You must just get out of His way and let Him do what he does. What does not kill you will make you much tougher when you come through it all. Seek God and He will direct your path. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you (Matthew 6:33). (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were (Romans 4:17 KJV).
“In achieving success quickly, first I had to change my ways, get out of my feelings and set ways, and forget what I already knew. Then I became coachable, teachable, and trainable and started following the leadership totally without adding my flavor. It is a great system in place here in PlanNet Marketing. You just have to STAY plugged in and USE the system! (I was always plugged in but until I totally submitted and released my own ways and let go of all feelings, personal disappointments, opinions, and objections, etc, I didn’t see results.) Purge yourself and start fresh, or you will stay stuck and will be depriving yourself and playing yourself!! Then, I had to change my thinking and began reading more, listening to affirmations at night, and cut back on everything that was not income-producing or a personal development activity. I literally stopped socializing and made this my priority. I let my family know I had a goal which was going to benefit them and unless it was an emergency, I would not be available. Give yourself permission to put you first and do it. We as women are nurturers and caregivers naturally, and for some this is a bigger challenge than for others. Work on it and stop hiding your hurt and pain behind your duties. Free yourself and soar!
“When I reached 80 team members, I knew I had to accelerate. I was excited and my team pushed me. Seeing their excitement and willingness to do whatever it took – around the clock. I had to match their efforts and it was game over!!! No way they could want it for me more than me. It was so inspiring to have that support from my Sponsor/Squad leader and my team. The culture built here in PlanNet Marketing is like nothing I've ever seen before in my sixty years.
Honestly, I was long overdue; I had many personal challenges with my sibling having brain surgery three times, cancer in remission five times, and a stroke. Having close family trying to commit suicide, addictions, issues with the law, being out of work with shoulder surgery personally, and many losses in my immediate family – believe me, you name it, I went through it! I had allowed all that to overwhelm, discourage, and distract me. I then saw myself two years behind. I saw people passing me and becoming Directors before me and this caused me to doubt myself. I literally want to say to all, ‘Please do not let life circumstances slow you down or stop you!’ I was so personally disappointed in myself for delaying this achievement. I beat myself up because I should have stayed focused. Do not allow yourself to go there. Guard your mind!!! With the teaching we get here in this company, if everyone takes heed and applies it, you can learn how to balance and keep going. You can remain mentally tough; however, you must apply the knowledge and do the work consistently! My desire is to now help those who have a heavy plate like I did...to help them not lose their grip and go backwards and have to catch back up like I did.
“Fun facts: I love to laugh, play pool, and cards. I am a fun-loving person very grateful for life. I love to participate in live audiences for auditions or game shows. Lastly, I love dancing, old school music, and spending time with friends and family.
“In closing, because of PlanNet Marketing I am walking in my calling and have helped a hundred families with my team and twenty or more personally. For this I am eternally grateful to be used by God to help impact the world and begin building my legacy with my children in this business and retire early. I am forever grateful to my team, my sponsor, the leaders, and the visionaries who created this company. These are a few of my personal sayings that push me…Keep Hope Alive, Do It for You, Ain’t Nothing to It but to Do It, and finally, Keep it Real with Yourself. Mom, Dad, Bro, I did It. I know you are smiling down on me!!! Godspeed to all!
TOP 10 RACE TO FOUR-STAR DIRECTOR
TOP 10 RACE TO THREE-STAR DIRECTOR
THE LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT SHINES ON: JAZMINE SMITH
1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born in California and raised in Georgia. I’ve lived in Fayetteville, GA for the last five years. I am the wife to my loving and supportive husband, Jerry, and mother to a beautiful baby girl, Jada Rose. My hobbies include cooking, reading, coloring, and spending time with my family. I grew up in the household of a traditional business owner, so I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit which encouraged me to take my passion for cooking and make it a business.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Through PlanNet Marketing, I have grown tremendously. Before PlanNet Marketing, I lost a sense of who I was. Becoming a wife and mother within a year, I concentrated too hard on fulfilling the meanings of those titles that I lost my own identity. I was in a bad place mentally and I could not pull myself out, but no one knew. I started to focus on my business and with PlanNet Marketing I found myself, returned to my roots, and regained a sense of purpose through helping people and changing lives. I have reached beyond my comfort zones, stretched myself beyond the limitations that I put on myself, and I am forever indebted. My family is forever indebted because now they receive the best of me.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
It’s almost cliché to say this, but life experiences motivate me. Life is short, so I don’t dwell on the past. Everything I have experienced in life has been a learning tool, and I use it as fuel. When that is not enough, looking into my daughter’s face is motivation enough, because I have a vehicle that will afford her all of her needs and desires. I know that my sacrifices now will ensure that she won’t have to sacrifice later.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
This is a difficult question, because there are a few, especially in this business, but I have to say my Grandma Rosemary Anderson has always and will forever be my role model. Although she's no longer here, she left a significant impact on my life. She was charismatic, passionate, confident, focused, driven, personable, and loved helping people, and those are qualities I work toward every day. As a child, I can remember promising her that I would take care of her when I got older. I never had the opportunity to fulfill that promise because she was called Home, but through my remix of her, Jada Rosemary Smith, I can fulfill my promise with the values she instilled in me.
5. The three words that describe you best are:
Ambitious, Reliable, and Confident.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
My sound advice to anyone is to believe in yourself! Believe that you deserve everything PlanNet Marketing can afford you and go get it! Whatever ‘it’ is for you, it is not enough to casually want ‘it,’ think about ‘it,’ or talk about ‘it,’ you have to BELIEVE that you deserve ‘it,’ develop personally to prepare for ‘it,’ and GO GET ‘IT!’ Grab a book, plug in, stay relentless, and dominate.
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
In five years, my husband’s job will be an option; he will never miss any activity with our daughter. We will be debt-free. My grandparents will be here in Georgia, debt-free. I mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters currently, but I will have a program for teen mothers and their children to provide assistance, mentorship, and guidance on breaking generational curses. We will continue to empower other people and change lives.
PLANNET MARKETING WELCOMES THREE NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBERS!
Each week we will list the new 20/20 Club Members as soon as their pictures are received so that their recognition will be timely. The personal 20/20 Club features will continue; currently there are many 20/20 Club Members who have sent in their bios, but due to the growing number, have not yet been featured in the blog. Recognition is very important and we hope this new format shows how much we value our 20/20 Club Members! Congratulations to everyone who has achieved this very important level in your PlanNet business!
MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER JESSICA HANAGHAN!
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Jessica Hanaghan to the 20/20 Club! Jessica tells us, “I was born in the SF Bay area and worked in hospitality as an event planner and concierge in Napa Valley, where I met my husband. Two years ago we moved to Missoula, Montana for a better quality of life and work-life balance. We have a three year old daughter, Charlotte, who we adopted from birth. We are waiting to be matched to adopt a second baby. Having this job allows me to stay at home with her and also affords us the opportunity to travel as a family.
“I originally started just as a travel agent with my focus on culinary travel. That soon expanded to Hawaii, as well with focusing on milestone events like destination weddings, honeymoons and babymoons.
“I am extremely passionate about what I do, so I decided to take a leap of faith and add the marketing side of the business. I love helping others and enjoy the coaching side. I pride myself on leading by example and being honest with everyone. I have built the most amazing friendships and am so lucky and blessed that this is my life.
“If you're scared, do it anyway. You'll be glad you did.
“Fun fact… I have over 30 tattoos and helped perform in vitro fertilization on a gorilla at the San Francisco Zoo!”
MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER RASHIDA JONES!
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Rashida Jones to the 20/20 Club. Rashida Jones is from Tulsa, Oklahoma and currently lives in Oklahoma City. She shares, “ I’m a single mother of six children, consisting of five daughters and one son. My children are my motivation and the reason I go so hard. I will be a Director and will leave my children a legacy when I leave this earth.
“I love traveling and have traveled the whole bottom of the United States and am working on traveling through the top of the United States and out of the country. My hobbies are meeting new people, spending time with my family, traveling, and volunteering in the community.
“I have achieved success in PlanNet Marketing by starting with the people who support me, making a list, being consistent, staying plugged in, being available for my business partners, and not letting the word NO affect me. My advice would be to set a goal, achieve it, set another goal, and just keep going!”
