MEET NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBER TANISHA BROWN!

2020club2_brown.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Tanisha Brown to the 20/20 Club! Tanisha was born and raised in Miami, FL but moved to Atlanta, GA about three years ago. She is a wife, mother of two, and a grandmother of one!

Tanisha tells us, “I love to help others. I love to know that I have put a smile on someone else's face. I never thought I would be able to travel outside of the country because I thought it was too expensive. I've now traveled to Cancun, Mexico, and went on my anniversary cruise two weeks after my Cancun vacation. I also had a family gathering in Orlando at a vacation home for my grandson's birthday.

“I am achieving success all through social media. I stay consistent and always interact with those who are on my page. I have vacation giveaways on my page to engage with the people and keep them interested. I also like to build a relationship with them so they can trust I'll offer them the best deal possible. I'm really a shy person but I'm doing something I really truly love. Known fun fact: I have a passion for this business because I was the one in charge of finding vacations when we wanted to take one. I've committed myself to at least three trips a year and want to share them with my family, friends and clients.”

Incentive Pricing? Think Again!

It might be tempting to make the sweet offering of the InteleTravel Independent Travel Agency even sweeter by offering your own “sale price” or “offer,” granting advantages in pricing that PlanNet Marketing is not offering – but you better think again folks. Don’t do it!

PlanNet Marketing doesn’t allow our Reps to offer special enticement advertising or incentive pricing. You must only advertise and sell ITAs at company published prices.

Plus, the ITA doesn’t need to be incentivized! ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW?! If someone doesn’t see the enormous value found in this amazingly priced product, move on to someone who sees the value.

We want you to be a success in building your PlanNet Marketing Business and we want you to have a superior product to sell at an excellent price! Just make sure that price – is our price.

Good Friday Morning from the Marketing side of the PlanNet!

PlanNet Marketing took over Baltimore last week for our National Convention! What an unbelievable event it was, and it was great to see all of your shining smiles at convention!

Our registration desk was overflowing with an influx of PlanNet Reps and Directors from around the PlanNet. The Pep Rally reigned with an event that took the Hyatt Regency's house down. PlanNet University classes were invaluable with all of the great special guest speakers, Director trainers, and training sessions.

The finale kicked off with Cardinal Shehan Children's Choir singing the national anthem followed by "Rise Up" - there was not one dry eye in the room. The Mayor of Baltimore, Catherine Pugh, welcomed PlanNet Marketing to Baltimore and recognized Founder Donald Bradley for being a Baltimore native and returning to impact its commerce!  We had a jam-packed day at our General Sessions - videos, speakers, Black Card $100 and $500 giveaways, and an awards ceremony that truly showed the excitement and enthusiasm that makes all of us so proud to be a part of the best place on the PLANNET!

LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT ON: DAMIEN GOINS

Damien-Goins-LeadershipSpot-March30.jpg

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born in Inglewood, California and raised between Inglewood and the Inland Empire. I currently live in Greenbelt, Maryland. I enjoy competition, encouraging youth to excel in life, and supporting individuals to get the most out of life. These elements are essential as we think about the sustainability and promotion of health, wealth and prosperity.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Since joining PlanNet, I have increased my sense of urgency centered by sustainability of life, enhancement of self, recognizing the integral interrelatedness of trust and relationship-building as well as the benefit of authenticity and communication in building a network. Through these phenomena, I am able to continue my evolution of self-awareness and learner-centered decision-making.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
The thing that drives or motivates me is the concept of winning: winning in the sense of financial and personal capital as well as winning as a mind shift. This approach centers people and creates a space that allows for people to grow personally and professionally.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Because of my growth mindset, I would consider myself a role model. I believe that to be living is about learning in support of others; fostering relationships promotes this. People are observing and analyzing even when we do not realize it. So it behooves the masses to use your platform to welcome a spirit of collaboration and support that is beneficial to all. It also means that you create a space where you acknowledge self-awareness, the importance of self-efficacy, and how your presence impacts others just by showing up.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
If I had to describe myself in three words, they would be germane to power - influential, tenacious, and fearless.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
The art of life is about marking your mark, determining how you want to be remembered and leaving that legacy for others to resound. The best advice I would offer individuals would be to not be afraid to F.A.I.L. (for all I’ve learned) as these things underwrite your success. Often times in life, there is this belief or disbelief that to be where we ultimately want to be means that we have never had a struggle; very few tell the story of resilience in both cognitive and logical conditions.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now it is my alternate goal to be the sole owner of my life’s undertaking - financially, spiritually, emotionally and physically. In layman‘s terms, that means that I have used this platform as a means to mature myself and others in a quest for financial wealth and independence in all facets of work and systematized such efforts to reach the masses.
