Deborah Hardnett

20/20 Club Member Deborah Hardnett is an Atlanta native, who has recently moved back after living 10 years in the Metro DC area. She loves music, dancing, cooking, serving and entertaining, and of course, travel! She tells us that she has had the fortune to travel all over the world, with some of her favorite places being Turkey, Greece, and Monte Carlo. Still on her travel list to visit are Ghana, Senegal, Egypt, South Africa and Dubai!

Deborah’s excellent advice for achieving success is: remain consistent, keep sorting, go through the numbers, keep expanding your Why, allow the process to work, become a master of the PS3 System and be a master promoter. And… absolutely, never take it personally. Remove emotion from the business equation and don’t quit on YOU!

Letoria Mayberry

Letoria Mayberry is a native of Athens, Alabama and is a versatile force of creativity, drive and passion. The youngest of four siblings and graduate of Oakwood College, she is a contracting officer by day with the United States Army Department of Defense/Counternarcotics Terrorism Program. By night she becomes an advocate for financial freedom, where in addition to the 20/20 Club, she is a PlanNet Marketing Two Star Director and Founders Club Member. She is a single mother of a 21-year-old daughter, co-owner of Signature Events by L’SKY, a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Incorporated, Co-founder of Models for Jesus Christ and she serves as youth director at her church, New Beginnings MB Church.

In her continued passion for making a profound difference, Letoria is also the CEO of “Winner In Me,” a ministry that helps fund a shelter for battered women and children and is a strong advocate for female empowerment. This shelter provides a temporary, safe and secure respite where these women will be strengthened and empowered to start a new life.

Letoria relates, “I have always dreamed of traveling the world. Since I embarked on the travel industry two years ago, I have gotten an opportunity to travel not only domestically but internationally to some places I have dreamed of going. I truly enjoy being a travel agent. I love the excitement of helping plan my clients’ travel. I treat every opportunity to book my clients’ travel as a unique experience where they can actually visualize their vacation before they get there. I want to help create an everlasting memory that they can share for generations to come.”

Her method and techniques for success are based on her belief that at the end of the day, everyone is a winner. She says, “We all have survived something! I have to attribute my success to just having the will to win and my Why.  I can truly say I have one of the best coaches (Mr. Orlanda Moore). Being under his leadership has taught me to:

  1. Stick with the system by doing the simple things consistently (PS3)

  2. Remain coachable - meaning follow the leader, always take notes when your coach is speaking and duplicate the process

  3. Always reading and studying the industry

  4. Have a competitive attitude (I never want to lose because my family deserves this)

  5. Practice what I teach. (Don’t expect something from my partners that I’m not doing myself)

  6. Making sure my partners are getting what they need

  7. Have a leadership that is duplicable

  8. When approaching a prospect make it about them. (How can this business help them?)

Lastly, a motto I live by is: If you had four hours to chop down a tree, what would you do? My answer: I would spend three hours sharpening my ax, then hone in on my skills and act. You have to make the sacrifice and always be hungry for success.”


Velecia Middlebrooks

Meet Velecia L. Middlebrooks, who tells us that she is a military brat (Army/ Air Force) who has recently moved from Northern California to Columbia, SC, but Dover, DE is where she calls home. Her varied interests are traveling, community service (especially for single mothers who are in need), socializing, networking, spending quality time with family, sightseeing, attending concerts and plays, watching Marvel movies, and wine tasting.

This 20/20 Club Member has had a passport since she was eight months old, traveling with her parents in the military. She states that she has no problem going anywhere or relocating, having traveled to Belize, four parts of Mexico, the Bahamas, the Grand Cayman Islands, two parts of Jamaica, and she’s on her way to Germany. She is a frequent cruiser with Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, and Carnival, but prefers all-inclusive resorts because she is a spontaneous explorer.  

Velecia attributes the key to her success as being coachable and open to constructive criticism. She says, “I have been in several network marketing companies that ‘I didn’t WORK.’ If I would have been coachable and not trying to do things my way, and not just focused on the sale of the product (my background is sales and marketing), I would be a millionaire or a six-figure earner. I used techniques that were taught in school, not what is being taught now. With that being said, I went from having 10-15 direct sponsored to me to now over 100 in less than seven months!”

“I am still pushing to meet my next goal of Three Star Director. This is an exciting and great achievement for me only because I’ve changed my mindset. I am still a work in progress, but open to the process. I say be the master inviter, share with everyone! Everyone who I speak to, I visualize them as President Grant (a $50 bill)! Right now I am still learning and being mentored. I advise that if you are still a newbie to network marketing, you should have a mentor, someone who has the knowledge to help you get to where they are. Find a mentor who can push you, help you be accountable, and is willing to dedicate true mentorship to you. Keep a focused and positive mind. Don’t let your distractions keep you from your success. I do have a huge heart, so I am always helping others in any way that I have the knowledge to help them achieve their financial goals.”

Velecia says that believe it or not, “This natural born diva is very shy. I shake before I speak and hope that what I say makes sense. Oh, and I am not a huge fan of texting. I feel like it is not personal!”


Natalie Graham

20/20 Club Member Natalie Graham is from Hartsville, SC and now lives in Atlanta, GA. Her family, travel, and life coaching are a few of her many interests. She and her husband have traveled to Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, St. Kitts, San Juan, Turks and Caicos, and St. Maarten - all with in a six-month span!

Natalie teaches, “You must have a servant’s heart in this business. It’s all about building relationships and truly valuing the business and those relationships. My key to success is to not make any excuses. Showing up in your business is key. Staying plugged in and being in the midst of all of the events and culture made me want to strive for more.”

Working full time in a corporate career while finishing up her Master’s full time, Natalie is a wife and mother to three with a baby due in October! She says, “When people say they are too busy, I think it’s great… because busy people get things done!”


Donn and Tawanda Shamley

One Star Directors and 20/20 Club Members Donn and Tawanda reside in Atlanta, GA, although Donn is originally from White Plains, NY. This power couple just celebrated their 25th Wedding Anniversary and have two children, Collin and Faith, who are their driving force for doing this business. Donn is a business analyst and Tawanda is an entrepreneur in the Gospel music industry. The Shamleys serve in Marriage Ministry in their church and Donn is also the drummer on the worship team. One of best travel experiences was their 20th Anniversary when they went to Maui.

Tawanda relates, “We have achieved success so quickly by first having confidence in the network marketing industry, the travel industry, and our two companies, PlanNet Marketing and Inteletravel, and being able to transfer that confidence and excitement to people we share this opportunity with. Secondly, stay connected to all calls, meetings and big events. One tip we would like to share is to quickly buy in to the PS3 model. We all have the option to build our business however we choose, but why not use a system that has proven to be successful and is very duplicable, which is key in our industry.”

Q of the Week!

Q: When am I paid my PlanNet Rep commissions?

A:  Weekly commissions cycles run from 12:00 am ET Monday through 11:59 pm ET Sunday. The weekly commissions are processed a few days later, usually Wednesday. Direct deposits are usually paid on Friday, and checks are received the following week.

Monthly Matrix commission cycles run from 12:00 am ET on the first day of the month through 11:59 pm ET on the last day of the month. Monthly commission payments are processed on or before the 10th of the following month and are usually received the 15th of the month, depending on whether paid by direct deposit or check.

Compliance Tip of the Week

Marketing and Social Networking go together like peas and carrots, peanut butter and jelly, biscuits and gravy… it just WORKS. These days, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and other blogs and forums are THE place to get the word out about your business. Let’s just lay a few ground rules first, ok?

►No selling, people! You can tell the world about your PlanNet business – our product, the mission, the opportunity - you can prospect and support your team, but please don’t do any actual selling on your profile or page. If someone is interested – they’ll let you know and you can give them your phone number or email address so you can connect and talk more!

►Use YOUR name! Don’t put “PlanNet Marketing” as the name on your profile or page. We want you to identify yourself as a PlanNet Marketing IR or Rep, and you can post about PlanNet – but please use your own name or your business name.

►Keep it Clean! Remember you’re representing a fabulous company. A professional company. A business. We want the world to take us seriously. Please avoid inappropriate conversations, comments, images, video, audio, applications or any other adult, profane, discriminatory or vulgar content.

►Follow the Rules! If you get an email from me, or anyone at PlanNet, asking you to remove something from your social media profile or account – please take it seriously and courteously comply (and then tell us you did so we know it’s fixed). Also, if you see something on social media that you think maybe shouldn’t be there – send a private note to the Rep and recommend they fix it, or at least suggest they ask me about it to make sure it’s approved.

Following these simple guidelines keeps PlanNet Marketing – and you – compliant and ensures a professional and appealing business appearance.

Shaunte Garrett

Shaunte Garrett lives in Nashville, TN by way of Oakland, CA. She LOVES TRAVELING,  ministry, watersports, live music, cooking, football and mentoring.She has had an opportunity to go to Hawaii twice (once for the Pro Bowl), Mexico, Jamaica and half of the states in the US.

Gail Johnson

20/20 Club Member Gail Johnson is originally from Atlanta, GA and currently residing in Lithonia, GA (metro Atlanta). Her interests are music (singing, dancing, listening), sports (all types, including playing basketball and racing the neighborhood kids!) and ALL THING TRAVEL.

She explains, “ I fell in love with travel when my grandparents took us on trips every year as children. I experienced my first plane ride as a senior in high school and have been addicted ever since. My love for travel brought me to a 14-year career in the airline industry where I've worked with flight crew members and airplane mechanics”.

“I believe I am achieving success with PlanNet Marketing because I truly believe in the industry and the leadership. Mr. Bradley, Shedrick White and a host of other leaders have really shown me how I can take something I love and build it to last for generations.”

Tips that I can share are to: 1. Love it... If you love it, others will see it in you. 2. Share it... Travel opens the eyes and the minds for the unknown; it touches people on so many different levels... so why keep it to yourself. 3. Build it... With travel being the #1 industry in the world, building it will allow for generational prosperity.  One way I achieved success so quickly is by being coachable and wanting to soak up everything from the ones who have perfected it.  Another way was by finding others that shared the same love and passion for the travel. 

Fun facts about myself -- I have two amazing sons, Darius(19) and Lauseric (11) who also love to travel. My greatest joy is helping others do things they never imagined doing. I love seeing people happy and laughing and living life to the fullest.

 

Walter and Tiffany Powell

Walter and Tiffany Powell have called Atlanta, GA home since 1997, originally coming from New Orleans. They are immensely interested in teaching, inspiring, motivating and empowering individuals on life's purpose.  They have journeyed to the islands of Jamaica, Bahamas and Aruba and have visited Canada and Mexico while sailing on 11 cruises.

They tell us, “Our success can be attributed to the mentorship of Donald Bradley and the coaching of Director Shedrick White, in addition to reading the books "The Magic of Compound Recruiting" and "How to Win Friends and Influence People.” As a result of these readings, we've discovered rapid success comes not from motivating people but motivating motivated people.

LaDonna Spratley

Originally from Augusta, GA, LaDonna was born on the Fort Gordon U.S. Army Military Base. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Paine College in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems and she works for the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, serving our nation’s Veterans for 31 years. She lives in Atlanta, GA and is the single parent of two handsome sons, Darian, 24 and Odera,
age 17.

LaDonna tells us, “I have always maintained a leadership role as I have trained hundreds of employees in their profession and career. I consider myself to have an impeccable work ethic and a passion for people. I have always had a passion for travel, even at a young age. I enjoyed and loved that my parents took us on trips and vacation every year so it was a predestined path for my future! I have visited several incredible places , Jamaica, Mexico, and many islands in the Caribbean. Some of my other favorites fun activities are dancing, bowling, and painting.

I initially joined the industry to make an extra stream of income by becoming a Cruise Specialist and my niche is group cruises. Now my passion with is to create (and is accomplishing) a financial legacy for my children and their children and helping other families do the same. This opportunity has changed my family’s life in so many ways. We take paycations now; we have reduced our household debts tremendously and we enjoy the freedom and lifestyle changes that PlanNet Marketing affords.

LaVonda Thornton

LaVonda Thornton is a busy wife and mom to 5 children - ages 3,4,7,9, and 17!  And she is a full-time network marketer! With over 10 years experience in the oil industry she recently lost her job, but thanks to PlanNet Marketing she already had plan B in place! 

Immediately after her lay off, LaVonda  traveled non-stop. She says, “In April and May I had the surprising pleasure of experiencing my first FAM trip. The first 4-day, 3-night all inclusive FAM was to Grand Bahama Island, where I became an expert by learning about their culture, the tasteful dishes, specialty drinks, and somehow ended up in a music video for their island celebration of Junkanoo Carnival!   A couple of weeks after that I was invited to return to the Bahamas to visit Nassau. It  was an exciting experience where it made me realize I'm truly at the the best place on the PlanNet!

When people ask me how I did it I explain there's absolutely no one I won't share this business with. I love everything about the company so I refuse to keep it to myself!  It's simple -  the more you share the video the more likely you are to be successful. Being a product of the product is all the proof people need!

4-Star Director Shedrick White

4-Star Director Shedrick White attributes his success to a few simple principles and philosophies, which he shares here: “Find a need and meet it, find a hurt and heal it, find a problem and solve it. Through this business we have the ability to serve people. Service to many is what leads to greatness. You can have anything in this world you want by simply helping enough people get what they want."  

“Model what you want your team to do... be a ‘do-it-first leader,’ be the example. Don't tell your team what to do, simply model and show them what to do. 

Director White’s passions are working with his team and building his business, reading empowering books and self-development, traveling with good friends, going to a great spa, attending live sporting events when time permits, listening to live music, and attending plays. He has traveled extensively throughout most of the cities in the United States and loves to visit any place tropical and warm… the Caribbean, Mexico, Jamaica, and the Bahamas.

Shedrick White is a native of Columbus, Ohio and currently resides in Atlanta, GA.

 

3-Star Director Orlanda Moore

3-Star Director and PlanNet Marketing Founders Club member Orlanda Moore comes from a very humble beginning. From a small town called Century, FL he always had big goals and dreams. 

He spent his entire young adult life serving our country.  After 22 years of military service, fighting for the freedoms that we enjoy in the U.S. and abroad, he now fights for financial freedom. His weapons of choice are the travel and network marketing industries,which he has been a part of the past nine years.

Orlanda trained, coached, and developed America’s sons and daughters as a United States Army Drill Sergeant.  He now trains, coaches, and develops leaders and individuals who desire to win for their families. 

He fully understands and believes that not a single person can achieve anything of greatness alone. It’s all about empowering others. Known for his focus and self discipline, Orlanda’s motto is: I don’t make excuses, nor do I accept them. 

Orlanda is a single parent and currently resides in Huntsville, AL  with his two children.

    

3-Star Director Ann Jones

3-Star Director Ann Jones is a native Washingtonian who now resides in Bowie, MD. She is happily married for over 30 years to Daryl Jones and has two adult boys. Her husband and children have been completely supportive of her business journey. Ann’s role model was her mother, a corporate executive, a strong leader with a passion for helping the community. Ann has been called the ultimate professional who always strives for excellence in all she does.

Prior to joining the network marketing industry, Ann built a career as an IT professional where she led the  implementation of large and high profile projects costing in excess of $10 million.  She has trained thousands in the corporate world and presented plans to Board members and several times to a congressional subcommittee.

It was only natural for her to excel in network marketing with these talents. She is an accomplished trainer, presenter, recruiter, builder, and a technical guru. Not only does she have a strong work ethic, she loves to have fun.  Whether it is bowling, watching movies, playing games, or going to a party . . . Ann can keep you laughing and having a good time . . . just ask some of her team members!

Ann loves to travel and has visited several incredible places - Paris, Costa Rica, Mexico, and many islands in the Caribbean. With her love for travel, she started her travel/network marketing business in 2005. Two months after enrolling, she quit her six-figure federal government job. Ann is a risk taker, but she also knows how to make a quick decision when she knows that something makes perfect sense.

Director Jones joined PlanNet Marketing on October 26, 2015 and became a 1-Star Director on the first day . . . a 2-Star Director 20-days later . . . and a 3-Star Director 20-days after that! She is a Pioneer and Founders Club member and received the Sapphire Ring in her first 60 days. She attributes her quick success to the following key ingredients:

  • Success Principle #1:  Build For A Purpose Greater Than You.  Having a purpose is the great overcomer because it changes how you think, which changes your attitude and how you act. You don’t think can’t.  Instead, you think must. It is only then that you begin to believe and see yourself already there. Your clear vision becomes the roadmap that unlocks the door to your future.  Everything else is just a job with you performing tasks. There is a difference between interest and commitment.  When you’re interested in doing something, you do it only when it’s convenient. When you’re committed to something.  You accept no excuses; only results!
  • Success Principle #2:  Find a Coach/Mentor and Duplicate Success.  Trying to figure it out by yourself and adding your own creative touches to do it your comfortable way will leave you comfortable and broke. Find a coach and mentor who has experienced what you want to accomplish and is willing to teach you. Execute the advice given. When I first entered network marketing, I was so uncoachable. It was not until I decided to follow the advice given (without question), that I began to experience record breaking growth. There is a saying “It’s okay to be a copycat, so long as you copy the right cat.” I became a great copycat. In the moments that I did not have a mentor/coach, I simply copied what I saw the great leaders doing. I became a master copycat.
  • Success Principle #3:  Pay The Price For Success.  The price for success is time. Many of us are unwilling to pay a small price of our time to gain more time to free ourselves. I knew that if I could get more of my time back, I could . . . have more . . . do more . . . and help more.  In essence, have a greater impact that was bigger than myself – my Purpose. Successful people know that to have anything that you want in life (e.g., promotion, more money, a new home), a price must be paid. It is only when you decide to pay the price that your wish can become a dream fulfilled.
  • Success Principle #4:  Success Requires Action and a Strong Work Ethic.  There is a quote by Abraham Lincoln that states “Good things come to those who wait, but only those things left by those who hustle.”  My mom instilled a very strong work ethic in me at a very early age.  She taught me to not look for handouts, but to be the person who can give handouts and lift ups.  It is only in the dictionary where success comes before work. Success is hard, but being broke is harder. When you do more than what is expected, it is only then that you can rise above the crowd and soar like an eagle.

Ann has always been a go getter and a follower of the Most High, saying, “Yes, it is a personal relationship that nothing can get in between.” She says that she has truly been blessed and today she lives to be a blessing to others.

 

3-Star Director J.P. Watkins

Three-Star Director JP Watkins is PlanNet Marketing’s first Director from the state of Texas, a six-figure Top 5 income earner, and the number three female earner on the PlanNet!

A native of Dayton, OH,  Ms. Watkins is called the “Director Diva” and the “Freedom Fighter.” She is a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, motivational speaker, business coach, mentor, entrepreneur, top industry network marketer and a proud member of the Eastside Church of Christ in Forney, TX.  And… she loves to cook!

Director Watkins is a graduate of both Southwestern Christian College and Texas Southern University where she served as Miss Texas Southern University 95-96 and went on to represent all HBCUs (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) as Miss Collegiate African American 96-97 featured in Ebony magazine. She is passionate about women’s empowerment, proudly wearing the badges of strength, faith, character, conviction, honesty and courage when it comes to empowering women to stay true to who they are - without compromise.

Corporate America and JP parted ways in 2014, when she was laid off with over a decade’s experience as a property manager and national sales trainer. She opted never to turn back, hired herself, and as they say in Texas, she “took her destiny by the horns!” Director Watkins offers this advice, “ I did not become successful over a short time -  it's been a seven-year grind, working on myself just as hard as I work the business. The personal development is first! Many try to cut down trees with a dull axe. We must sharpen it first, then cut down the trees. Three keys things are personal development, listening to coaching and mentorship, and having an amazing and consistent work ethic. 

Clearly define your 'WHY' and master the PS3!  3-way calls are completely under-practiced. And people are holding back their success not doing them. Third party validation is key and essential to buy in. Lastly stay positive and raise your belief! Don't sweat the small stuff. Know who you are and whose child you are. Remember it's all part of your journey. And it can happen for you.” 

In addition to her enviable work ethic and determination, JP attributes her success to her God, her mentor Mr. Donald Bradley, her parents and her amazing team!

 

3-Star Director Eileen Ross

3-Star Director Eileen Ross is originally from Detroit, Michigan, and has resided in Atlanta, GA for the past 16 years. Eileen says,” I have an amazing son, Camren, and he is a graduating high school senior on his way to college!”

Eileen continues, “I love to TRAVEL (go figure!) and I also like to exercise, dance, read and I love the outdoors!!  My travel experiences include many of the Caribbean islands (Bermuda, Aruba, Turks & Caicos, St. Martin, St. Thomas, Cayman Islands), several Mexican destinations (Cancun, Mazatlan, Cozumel, Cabo San Lucas, Cuernavaca), Jamaica as well as Madrid, Spain and Cannes and Monaco, France.”

It was the most AMAZING EVENT ON THE PLANNET!

The events kicked off last Friday evening with our Director/Director in Training Reception at the Bahia Mar in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. We had a spectacular gathering with our Directors and were happy to meet and greet our newest Directors in Training. What a great way to introduce them to the PlanNet family.

Session One kicked off at 8:00 am on Saturday morning with a one-on-one “Moment with a Mentor – Gold Builder.” This was a Director in Training event only. Each DIT had the opportunity to sit down face to face with our mentors and ask any question about the PlanNet business, their growth to Directorship, what it takes to succeed… anything they wished to ask.  Our team of mentors did an outstanding job with the challenging questions that were proposed to them. Many thanks to our mentors: Donald Bradley, Andy Cauthen, Shedrick White, Orlanda Moore, Ann Jones, Eileen Ross and JP Watkins.

Session Two consisted of three outstanding presentations. Shedrick White started off with his version of “Network Marketing - - A Better Way,” followed by Orlanda Moore’s presentation of “40 Days and 40 Nights”. Both presentations received standing ovations for the enlightening, motivational and informative information that was presented. A powerful finale was presented by Donald Bradley. His strong and detailed message to everyone was the challenge to become a “shark!” Wow, we all left the room mesmerized.

The afternoon wrapped up with presenting Shedrick White his much deserved and well-earned Presidential Ruby Ring. Congratulations Shedrick for your outstanding achievement to Four Star Director and also an income earner of $20,833 a month, on an annual track of $250,000 a year. Way to Go Shedrick! We are so proud of you for all that you do!

Session Three - “The All White Affair.” As the evening rolled in, all 286 of us decked out to the nines in our ‘white attire,’ boarded the Mussett yacht and were greeted by Deborah and Donald Bradley. Deborah planned the most amazing evening for everyone. We had an incredible dinner under the stars and we didn’t let a little rain stop us. Everyone was dancing and singing and celebrating how grateful we are for PlanNet Marketing (not to mention we also celebrated Donald’s birthday with a Happy Birthday rendition by all). The memories are something we will all have for a lifetime.  Many, many thanks to everyone who attended this monumental occasion with PlanNet Marketing. We are already looking forward to next year’s event!

Once the block of rooms is sold out, rooms may be booked at current rates based on availability.

  3. Rates: 4 Nights: $522.08/per person double occupancy. (All meals and drinks are included as well as transfers to and from the airport.) The cost for travel insurance will be $59.99/person for trips up to 4 days, land only and $79.99 if your trip includes air.
