MEET NEW ONE-STAR DIRECTOR JOY SIMPSON!

Joy-Simpson-1Star-Announce_mini.jpg

Meet new PlanNet Marketing One-Star Director Joy Simpson! Joy tells us, “I was born and raised in East Central Illinois and I currently live in Tuscola, Illinois. My husband and I have been married for 36 years and we raised two wonderful children. My family is the best part of me and I am blessed that they support and involve themselves in my travel business. I’m a dog lover and have two older dogs that need some extra love and care. I am a cake artist and have designed and made hundreds of cakes. I love that something as basic as a personalized cake can make a person smile. I enjoy riding motorcycles with my family, cooking, camping, gardening, exploring, and of course, traveling. My travels thus far have included the Caribbean (love Jamaica!), three of the Hawaiian islands and several parts of Mexico. I’m looking forward to exploring other parts of the globe, including Europe.

“I have never used my story of our family’s tragedy to propel my business forward in any way (it’s too sacred).  But I do thank PlanNet Marketing, especially those who directly supported me from the beginning, and continue to lift me up and support me now. We lost our eldest son in a horrific car accident three months after I began working with PlanNet and InteleTravel. I credit my strong faith in God, my husband, my family, my friends, and my PlanNet and InteleTravel families for helping me face each day without disintegrating into ‘nothingness,’ but instead reaching high and hitting my goal of becoming a Director and helping other families along the way. THANK YOU ALL from the bottom of my heart!

“My advice to others seeking Directorship is CONSISTENCY, focusing, getting out of your comfort zone, being coachable, and plugging in to your team and company. One of my favorite quotes is, “There are people less qualified than you, doing the things you want to do, simply because they decide to believe in themselves. Period.”

“I’ll end by telling you one trick that I know has gotten me here...NEVER TURN DOWN AN OPPORTUNITY THAT A LEADER GIVES YOU! (to speak, train others, lead, be a servant, learn etc.) even when you don’t feel ready or qualified.”

MEET NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBERS TRACEY & TREVOR EASTWOOD!

Tracey-Trevor-Eastwood-2020-Banner.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Tracey and Trevor Eastwood to the 20/20 Club! Tracey shares her story with us. “Trevor and I come from a small village called Great Denham in Bedford, UK. Trevor and I have been married for almost four years on the 15th of August. My first husband passed away nine years ago from MND and we have four beautiful children and 10 grandchildren. Trevor has been amazing being there for my children and grandchildren and taking them on as his own.

After being married for just six weeks, our whole world came crashing down on us when I was diagnosed with stage 3C ovarian cancer. Trevor gave up his day job to care for me as I was doing so poorly. I took on the hardest battles in my life enduring chemotherapy and a big operation. Then, 14 months later, it aggressively returned and I endured more chemotherapy. This time I was told it was terminal and most women don’t make five years.

“I returned to my day job as a customer service representative for a very large windscreen company and Trevor returned to his job and passion as a motor vehicle mechanic which he’s been doing for 25 years. I saw an advert on a selling site that Sarah Boulter had posted on, started talking to her about the business, and although I was excited, it took a while for me to take the plunge. It also took a while to start recruiting, but Sarah said persistence was the key. The appeal had come to me because of my terminal diagnosis – that once hitting One-Star Director, the business becomes willable and my business would continue to comfortably support my family once I’m no longer here (and because we love to holiday too). I had 13 recruits and was working my business around my full time job. Just 10 days before Christmas 2018, my cancer returned, my world fell apart, and I contacted Louise Gatland and Sarah Boulter, literally crying my eyes out on Facetime to them both. At the end of our 45 minute call the fire was back in my belly and we would be coming to Orlando Convention to get my Director’s jacket.

“I went on drug trials but became in poor health after the first dose and the side effects of the drugs meant I slept a lot of the day and wasn’t doing much with my business. In March, I suddenly realised I’d missed my matrix payment; I looked to see why, and found I had dipped to eight personal recruits.

This was enough to wake me up and stop sleeping…I had to force myself to get up and stay awake and recruit more people. I recruited four people within 24 hours and that took me back to being comfortable.

“40 Days 40 nights – what a challenge at the beginning of May in both UK and USA! I challenged myself with my goals to being three of the biggest I could get at this time: 1) 20/20 Club, 2) Director in Training, and 3) Gold Plus Builder. On 31st May at 23:30 we had hit all three of our goals and we couldn’t have been happier. Time to celebrate!

“Trevor and I both enjoy playing darts and we both belong to league teams. Our personal interests are for us to make as many memories as physically possible for me and my family. We all love going to Great Yarmouth for family holidays, we’ve done Majorca, mainland Spain for 17 of us, and we also love Florida as my parents have a villa in Kissimmee. We’ve also taken two Caribbean cruises with NCL with a third booked for a big family cruise in April 2020. We also have Gibraltar in June with PlanNet.

“You have to keep talking to people daily and follow up with your prospects, believe in the business you’re selling, and believe in yourself. This business means so much to me, as it will secure my family’s future. You need fire and passion and consistency to succeed.

“The very first time I met Mr. Donald Bradley, I was standing between Louise Gatland and Sarah Boulter and his words to me were, ‘’There is a presence around you,’’ and that has kept me going and we’re going to make that presence known.”

MEET NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBER VIELCA FINDLAYTER!

Vielca-Findlayter-2020-banner.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Vielca Findlayter to the 20/20 Club! Vielca grew up in Hollis, New York and now calls Melbourne, Florida her home. She and her husband, Mario, who is also her business partner, met in high school and have raised three sons. Her two eldest have special needs, one stemming from lissencephaly, a rare brain disorder, and the other from autism. Her third son is a graduate from the University of Central Florida. Needless to say, her family is her WHY!

Experiencing both major and minor hurdles throughout her whole life, Vielca believes that even though life is always going to be fraught with challenges, we should not let anything deter us or distract us from attaining our dreams. Vielca joined PlanNet Marketing on March 2, 2017 after seeing the vision of this amazing company. Jumping right in, she achieved the rank of Gold Builder within 30 days! Her only disappointment was that she couldn’t attend convention to receive the signed basketball from Mr. Bradley that she had earned.

After overcoming numerous health and personal challenges last year, in January 2019 she came to the conclusion that she had ‘had enough’ and made a decision to push past the pain and create and live the best possible life she could. This led her back to her PlanNet Marketing business, where she knew that financial freedom was possible. She held herself accountable for the use of her time and she’s learned that being busy is not the same as being productive. She adopted a “get it done” attitude, set goals for herself, and became laser-focused, and she is committed to sharing all these newly adopted strategies with others. Her team knows that the “nos” are not personal and the sooner you move on from a no, the sooner you get to a yes.  Vielca credits the key to her success to SCHEDULED, CONSISTENT, LASER-FOCUSED EFFORT!!!

PlanNet Marketing has been a phenomenal opportunity for the Findlayters, allowing them to combine their love of travel, adventure, and helping others. When Vielca isn’t spending time with her family, working her business, volunteering or traveling, she and her husband enjoy getting their faces painted to entertain children - most recently as Shrek and Fiona!  She is a seasoned “road tripper,” having driven across our beautiful country seven times. She has also cruised to several Caribbean islands and her favorite destinations to date have been Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Panama. In addition to her love for travel, she is also committed to serving in her community. Vielca was recently acknowledged for Best Personal Fundraiser for Nana’s House, a nonprofit organization that services neglected, abused, needy, and abandoned children. With the time freedom that PlanNet Marketing affords her, she is privileged to have the time to volunteer for this worthy cause.

The last two years with PlanNet Marketing have been an incredible journey for Vielca and she thanks her sponsor, coach and mentor, Ms. Letoria Mayberry, for all her support and encouragement. Vielca is looking forward to the next chapter as she presses on to achieve her next level – Director in Training and 40/40 Club – helping one family at a time, changing the lives of many!

MEET NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBER LATOYA THOMPSON!

Latoya-Thompson-2020-banner.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome LaToya Thompson to the 20/20 Club! Latoya is from Bassfield, Mississippi – born, raised, and currently residing. She says, “Bassfield is a place where we are small in number but big in everything else that we set out to do. My interests include reading, spending time with family and friends, hosting small intimate social events, mentoring youth females in my community, and traveling.

“For as long as I can remember, I have loved everything about travel. I remember traveling at a young age. One of my most memorable experiences would be having an opportunity to study abroad while an undergrad student at Tougaloo College. I was able to live in Costa Rica for a little over two months during this time. It was eye-opening and an all around great experience.  Another awesome experience would be going to Jamaica to celebrate my birthday shortly after coming into this business. I followed that trip up with Paris and Mexico not even a year later. I thoroughly enjoy everything about travel.

“As far as my success in the company, I would have to first give honor to God because without him none of this would be possible. Secondly, my grandmother, Claudia Thompson, is a driving force behind my success. She supports me so much and to make her proud is really my beginning and end goal. Another factor for my success would be my support system – my sponsor, LaTashia Alexander, and a few other leaders like LaTeshia Campbell and Shanice Lloyd. Being a part of our unit within the company has helped me a great deal. I am so grateful for the support, and the knowledge base is more than amazing. I wouldn’t be successful if it weren’t for my personal team. They literally push me to work harder and motivate me to become a better leader. We hold each other accountable and we are there for each other.

“Tips that I would pass along stay consistent. Don’t ever stop working for your why and always push harder. Remember that someone is always watching you and you never know what impact you might make on an individual.

“One fun fact about me would be I’m always down for an adventure and regardless if I’m terrified I’ll probably try anything once.”

LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT ON: SHONTINA GLADNEY

Shontina-Gladney-Spotlight-June14.jpg

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and currently reside there. Married for 18 years, I have two amazing adult daughters, Dar and Sharell, as well as a beautiful and brilliant granddaughter, Elise.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
My growth personally and professionally has confidently built me to travel solo, to go after my goals while removing any and all things that may stand in the way. It has allowed me to step outside of my introverted personality when others need me. I have been able to organize and mobilize teams and meetings outside my market, and most importantly, it has allowed me to trust the process when being led by genuine leadership with a proven track record.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
What drives me is knowing that all my life I've been on a mission to empower ordinary individuals, people like you and me, to find their voice, own it, and make it heard in extraordinary ways. When PlanNet found me, I knew immediately that it gave others the permission necessary to dream again, to know that there is a space for them, and if they believe and work hard, they will be victorious! Knowing that PlanNet is a vehicle that builds, develops, empowers, embraces, and teaches while connecting individuals to a viable financial system that is withstanding, awakens my soul! What motivates me is being a part of a grassroots, collaborative, economic effort and watching those who once stated there is no way you will get people in Milwaukee to work together toward a common goal, let alone globally, now sit in awe and stand in applause, ready to lock arms because of the vision and hope Mr. and Mrs. Bradley have allowed us to transfer into our communities and worldwide.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My Mom, Grandmother, and Grandfather for planting the seeds of entrepreneurship, independence, and mustard seed faith. Mr. and Mrs. Bradley for their tenacity, steadfastness, unwavering public display of belief, and care and concern for so many. Also my team, because through their efforts, trust, talents, and gifts, we are able to respond with one voice and move forward collectively, but proudly independent.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Loyal, Faithful, and Committed.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Even though you stand at the helm, God is ultimately the captain of your ship and your life. Since your captain's resolve will determine whether the ship reaches its destination or turns back to the harbor, you have nothing to worry about. "For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope". Jer. 29:11, AMP. So get rid of your fear and make preparations for the storms that are sure to come as you are on your journey with PlanNet; God will show you what emotional cargo should be thrown overboard to preserve your life as a successful entrepreneur and individual positioned to change many lives!

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Debt, care, and fancy free!!

Eileen Ross, Five-Star Director, Presidential Diamond Ring
“Three rings down and one to go for me, but what about YOU?? In three and a half years, I had NOTHING - a major change in my life caused me to have to close my business, become jobless, and homeless. But when hard work and opportunity come together, it’s called SUCCESS!

“By working from home, traveling the world and helping people through my amazing company, PlanNet Marketing, and a simple system that ANYONE can do, we are truly changing lives and winning! I don’t ‘present’ - I inform, educate, converse, and empower!”

Latashia Alexander, Four-Star Director, Presidential Ruby Ring
“When opportunity knocked…we didn’t complain about the noise… we answered with headphones on and put in work. Network marketing is NOT easy, but it’s worth it! My husband has been on his full-time job as a firefighter for over 10 years and gets raises from time to time. This opportunity allowed us to give our household a raise of close to HALF a million dollars in under two years! The city would NOT BE cutting that check no matter how hard he works!

But wait....don’t look at our story!! Design your own! Our mentorship comes with true TRANSPARENCY and SUPPORT! We set the foundation...it’s time for you to take the leap and BUILD IT!”

Erick and DeJoire Benson,Three-Star Directors, Presidential Ruby Ring“We are grateful that last Saturday we were awarded the PlanNet Marketing Presidential Ruby Ring, signifying a #ResidualIncome of a quarter of a million dollars in a 12-month calendar period! There are too many to thank, but after my Father, Son, and the Holy Ghost, I want to thank this incredible couple, our mentors, Donald Bradley and my Soror, Deborah Flemming Bradley! They are the Founder/Chairman/CEO and the VP of Public Relations, respectively. I appreciate them for allowing God to give birth to PlanNet Marketing, through them!

Thanks to our amazing TEAM, especially our frontline, who have helped the TEAM to grow! Thanks to our #SuccessCoach, Orlanda Moore, for giving us great leadership to follow. Thanks to our sideline partners (Adairia Tarver-Vinson, Dannette Montague, Bernard and Cynthia Hampton, Melodie Washington, Joy L. Dawkins, Ferne Cannady Sapp, LaDonna Buckmon Spratley, Calvin Ellerbe, Dale Montague, Shedrick White, Gregory and Carla Vault Scott, Michael Broner Jr., Letoria S. Mayberry, and Rasheba McGowan, etc.), who have encouraged me knowingly and unknowingly, over the past 13 years!”
