“We have done well in our success with PlanNet Marketing! We have such a great mentor, Latoya Chin, who is always behind us 100%. Failing is never an option. LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT ON: TISHA DESHIELDS

Tisha-DeShields-Spotlight-March22.jpg

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised on the eastern shore of Maryland and Delaware.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I went from always sitting in the back of the room to now standing in front of the room. I used to have a paralyzing fear of public speaking. Most people will find that hard to believe because I'm such a 'people person' but it was so true. PlanNet Marketing is truly a self development program with a high compensation plan attached to it. I conquered my fear and learned to slay my ‘Goliath' aka public speaking, with the help of the leaders in this organization.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My kids. I refuse to be a burden to them. I don't want to ever be THAT parent who rides her child's coattails of success. I have some amazing and talented children who are out here doing some amazing things. I've spent their formative years telling them that they can do ALL things and now it's time for me to be the example. As my children live their BEST LIVES, trust and believe I'm creating my ideal life so that I can do the same. Thanks, PlanNet Marketing!

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
To me, a role model is someone who inspires me to do something or to develop myself further. I do not have one person as a role model, except my parents. I have many people who inspired me and still continue to do so. I would say that role models are found everywhere...a friend that is facing many challenges to move forward, a colleague that despite everything is still being successful, an old person who does not stop learning new things and new technologies…we can find role models everywhere - we just need to see and get the best from them.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
I'm Caring, I'm a Team Player and of course, I'm FUN!!!

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Feel the fear and do it anyway because life begins at the end of your comfort zone.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Traveling the world with my loved ones and investing in real estate.

COMPLIANCE CORNER

Amanda-Restivo175.jpg

I recently completed an EXTREME connect the dots picture – the image contained over 900 dots!! It was time consuming, painstaking work (and I had to wear my glasses – those dots were tiny) but in the end, I had such a beautiful image and feeling of satisfaction!

Your PlanNet Marketing business is like a real-life game of connect the dots. Your first dot may have been talking to a friend about PlanNet, seeing a post on social media, or attending a presentation…your last dot? Well, it’s a work in progress! But every step of the way – enrolling as a Rep, purchasing an ITA, attending your first company event, taking a trip, telling others about your business, selling your first ITA, paying your monthly fee, getting paid commissions, learning about the Policies and Procedures…they are all dots that create a more detailed image of your future success. The more dots you connect – the clearer that image becomes.

Globe-dots.jpg

PlanNet Marketing offers a real, genuine opportunity for people to make money. The amount you earn depends on your willingness to work – this isn’t easy peasy, this can be painstaking “put your glasses on” kind of work. Make sure you’re following up with your sponsor and your prospects. Make sure you’re INVESTING TIME in your business. No one else will connect the dots for you – it’s up to you to make that image appear and create your own sense of satisfaction. PlanNet Marketing provides the dots, you connect them to success.

-- The Policies and Procedures are located in your Virtual Office in the Information Center (go to Resources, then Policies and Procedures).

PLANNET MARKETING WELCOMES SONYA BARNES TO THE 60/60 CLUB!

6060_barnes.jpg

PlanNet Marketing welcomes Sonya Barnes to the 60/60 Club. Sonya shares that she is a wife, proud Navy Mom, autism Mom, and the Mom of a very vibrant teenage scholar and student athlete! Before joining PlanNet Marketing, she enjoyed serving for 20 years in the field of education in both Florida and Maryland.

Sonya says, “Although I was passionate about my career in education, I knew time freedom was exactly what was needed to focus on advocating on my autistic son’s behalf, as well as to help him reach his full potential. So here I am today...entrepreneur...She-E-O!! Loving it and loving life!

“I am forever grateful that life led me to PlanNet Marketing!I’ve always loved helping people in my roles as both teacher and school administrator, but my desire to help as many families as I can has increased through this amazing opportunity! My mentor, Mr. Orlanda Moore, as well as Founder, Mr. Donald Bradley, are always telling us to “Help your people!”  My goal is to help more families like mine who desire the time freedom, personal freedom and financial freedom to ensure they will be afforded the opportunity to LIVE and not just exist. Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Bradley, for creating this outstanding opportunity. Thank you for allowing me to serve!”

MEET 40/40 CLUB MEMBER TAMARIAN MADDOX!

4040club_maddox.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is proud to welcome Tamarian Maddox to the 40/40 Club. She tells us, “I have to say even though I set my own goals, I still have to give credit to God. Being a part of the PlanNet family to me is strength. I wouldn't feel comfortable saying I'm PlanNet strong with failing in the same sentence. I set goals and I don't stop even after I achieve my goals. I know my team is watching me and one of my most important goals is to get them to believe just as much as I do. My mom is watching as well and the more I accomplish, the more she believes how real this is. I'm living my truth and I plan to continue sharing my journey to financial freedom. I want to continue showing families how this opportunity can change their lives.”

PLANNET MARKETING WELCOMES JUDY HARRIS VAN-DYKE TO THE 20/20 CLUB!

2020club2_harris.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Judy Harris Van-Dyke to the 20/20 Club! Judy was born and raised in Kokomo, Indiana and moved to Indianapolis, IN after graduating from nursing school. She then moved to Atlanta, GA for four years, and now resides in a small town 20 miles outside of Indianapolis called Pittsboro.

She shares, “My interests are music, singing, movies, and bowling. I love God and am active at my church with the intercessors prayer team. I have been a nurse for over 40 years and I am still working full time. My business is very important to me, and I love helping people.

“I've been to the Bahamas, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Texas, Arizona, New York, and Universal Studios. I have a desire to visit Paris, Tahiti, the Holy Lands, Greece, London, Hawaii, Switzerland, Australia, Africa, and so many other beautiful places. I guess you could say I want to travel the world.

“I have achieved success by listening to my success coach Ms. JP Watkins, staying plugged in to all the training calls, and attending company events; also helping my team through duplication of the PS3 system, promoting to them the importance of being on the training calls, and attending company events. I don't meet strangers; I am very open and passionate about my business, and the vision Mr. Bradley has. I do my best to share this awesome business model with everyone I come in contact with. Even though I work a full time job five days a week, I do something towards my business every day. My daily goal is 10 calls every day; this helps create a habit.

“To have success in this business you must be disciplined, consistent, relentless, coachable, and willing to learn and work on yourself nonstop. One of the most important tips I can offer is don't quit -  avoid distractions like the plague!!! Distractions will cause you to lose your focus and take you off the path to your success. Remember, there are even good distractions that you feel will help you by doing a lot of "BUSY WORK,” but if it’s not income producing, it should be avoided. Last but not least, don't make excuses - they will get you nowhere. You can make excuses or you can make money…it’s your choice.

“A fun fact about me? My age and my weight are mysteries, I always win at amusement parks when they try to guess my age or my weight. I don't look my age, and I don't look my weight. Probably the funniest thing you may chuckle at is I'll ride anything on the ground, but if it is going up...I am not getting on.”
