CONGRATULATIONS TO SONIC JONES FOR ACHIEVING ONE-STAR DIRECTOR!
CONGRATULATIONS TO REBECCA LIVERSIDGE FOR ACHIEVING ONE-STAR DIRECTOR!
TOP 10 RACE TO THREE-STAR DIRECTOR
LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT ON: MARYGAIL HARMON
1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born in Ft. Myers, Florida and raised in Lompoc, California. I currently live in San Antonio, Texas, with my 15-year-old daughter, Dionne. When time permits, I love to travel, and there’s no one I love traveling with more than my baby girl! She’s so fascinated with different cultures and environments. Her mom has visited over 32 countries, so she comes by it honestly.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Being disciplined is definitely a functional imperative in the military. However, regardless of whether you are the office superstar or the office screw up, there is always someone there to hold you accountable. When you work from home, the only person there to hold you accountable is you! After spending 22 years in a very structured environment, I was a little lost with so much freedom to create my own work environment. I honestly had no idea where to start! I have always had a strong work ethic, but I was all over the place. I had the skill set to be successful, but I had to get organized and limit distractions. I was also rehabilitating from a terrible automobile accident I was involved in a few months prior to retiring. I had several medical appointments throughout the week, which gave me an excuse to not work my business. There were also several days where I just wasn’t feeling my best, so I worked when I felt like it…more excuses. I quickly realized that in order to run a successful business, I had to show up for work every single day…whether I felt like it or not. Just like I did while still on active duty. I had to hold myself accountable. I had to exemplify self discipline.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I’m a competitor, so I have a natural desire to excel at anything I invest my time in. It’s just who I am. I’m motivated to maximize this opportunity, because I know that PlanNet is the vehicle that will generate the type of income I need to fund the business ventures and investments I will pass on to my children. My main priority is securing a solid financial future for my children. My daughter is autistic, so she’ll have a few challenges in life. Thanks to PlanNet Marketing, money will not be one of them.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My parents were the best role models my brothers and I could have asked for. I realize now that it was a blessing to grow up with both parents in the same household. Witnessing how hard they worked and their compassion towards others has truly shaped who I am today.
5. The three words that describe you best are:
Nurturing, Strong, Optimistic.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
This industry is hard, so personal development is key! You have to develop a tough skin and a sound mind. As a leader, NEVER deviate from your “True North” and always work with a sense of URGENCY! If you are willing to sacrifice just a little bit, for a short amount of time, it will be worth it!
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, my dream home will no longer be the home that I want, it will be the one I can afford. And of course, Princess Dionne and I will still be traveling the world!
PLANNET MARKETING WELCOMES KJ ANDERSON TO THE 20/20 CLUB!
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome KJ Anderson to the 20/20 club! KJ was born in New York and currently resides in Honolulu, Hawaii, even though he spends the majority of his time in mainland, urban communities serving the members of his non-profit. Currently serving as the Dean of the School of Success, KJ's main focus is centered on positioning Urban Entrepreneur’s Success University as a conduit that will inspire and impact the lives of over a million urban teenagers every year. The objective is to encourage teens to begin planning for and expecting success in their futures. As an advocate for entrepreneurism, KJ recognizes the power of urban entrepreneurship as the most effective, consistent, and substantial method of economic and sustainable growth within communities he serves. Therefore, partnering with PlanNet Marketing was a no-brainer because the company’s core values and principles align with everything that KJ believes in.
KJ tells us that initially he didn’t achieve immediate success in Plannet Marketing due to thinking he knew it all. The turning point for him came when he realized the true definition of humility as recognizing that someone has something you don’t and humbling yourself to learn from them so that you can learn how to achieve it. Mr. Bradley spoke something into KJ’s life one day and it made him realize he had to table his ego and get to work. Since then he has become a stickler of the system. He wrote his list, contacted and invited them, worked the PS3, and then invited his prospects to a live event. The secret to his success in PlanNet Marketing has been to become a serious student of the network marketing industry, reading everything he can get his hands on, following the system that Mr. Bradley created, while keeping his eye on and imitating exceptional leaders in the company like Ms. Latoya Chin , Mr. Shedrick White, and General Orlanda Moore, taking copious notes and applying what they say and show him they are doing.
KJ says his personal vision is to be used by God to impact over 3,000 lives with PlanNet Marketing before October 26, 2020 and then over 100,000 before 2030. He recognizes PlanNet Marketing as a legacy company and is ‘PlanNet Proud’ to be used by God to impact the lives of His people with this incredible vehicle named PlanNet Marketing.
PLANNET MARKETING WELCOMES LISA KNIGHT TO THE 20/20 CLUB!
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Lisa Knight to the 20/20 Club! Lisa shares, “I'm a single mum of three from Wellingborough, UK. My children and I are self-confessed travel addicts. Thanks to this business, this year alone we have been able to travel to Berlin, Thailand, New York, Baltimore, Malta, Mexico, Amsterdam, Budapest, and Iceland. We spent last Christmas in Norway!
“I work my business full time as it fits in so well with family life. I never have to worry about missing my children’s sports days or school plays and when we go off on our travels I can just take my business along with me.
“My key to success is being real. Everyone else is already taken so just be yourself and you'll attract the right people into your organization.”
PLANNET MARKETING WELCOMES TANYA BRYANT TO THE 20/20 CLUB!
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Tanya Bryant to the 20/20 Club! Tanya is from the New Orleans area and currently lives in Westwego, LA. She tells us, “I am a wife and a mother of three amazing young adults ages 24, 21, and 20. In June 2018, my husband and I recently celebrated twenty-five years of marriage at an amazing five-star all-inclusive resort in Mexico. Our oldest son recently graduated in Chemical Engineering and is now working in his field. Our middle son is currently a junior in college studying Kinesiology and has plans to apply to graduate school to become an Occupational Therapist after graduation. Our youngest daughter is also a junior in college. She is studying Forensic Anthropology and has plans to apply to graduate school to continue her studies after graduation. We are extremely proud parents!
“I was an elementary teacher and school administrator for twenty plus years. Although I retired early from education, I continue to be passionate about children, education, and student achievement. After retirement, I started my own educational consultant business in which I am an instructional coach for teachers. I teach and help teachers, new and experienced, to achieve their full potential and excel in their craft through professional development, mentoring, support, and one-on-one coaching. I support the success of schools and student achievement by working with teachers to shape the culture of their classroom, improve student learning, and enhance teacher effectiveness.
“The decision to own my own travel business just made sense since my husband and I wanted to travel more during retirement. So far this year in 2018, we have traveled to Los Cabos, Mexico to celebrate our anniversary, Grand Cayman on a FAM trip to the Margaritaville Resort, and Cancun, Mexico on a FAM trip with Apple Vacations. I’ve also had the opportunity to take my daughter on a Carnival cruise to Mexico to spend some quality time together in October 2018.
“A little fun fact about me is that I am a big baseball fan and a huge Red Sox fan! Our most recent trip was a trip to Boston to see the Red Sox play in Game 1 and Game 2 of the World Series. Seeing the Red Sox play in Fenway Park has been on my dream board for many years, but seeing them play in Fenway for the World Series was an amazing experience and one that I had never dreamed of. It was surreal!
“I believe the one thing that has helped me achieve success with building a team is I don’t recruit. I educate others and I build relationships with my future business partners. People put their trust in me when they partner in business with me, and I don’t take that trust lightly. My business partners become part of my family! In my opinion, having integrity is a must to build a successful business, and I have integrity! As a parent, teacher, school administrator, and team leader, I have always lived by this one rule, which is ‘say what you mean and mean what you say!’ I am always available to help a business partner, whether I personally sponsored them or not. I offer help, support and assistance through coaching calls, success planning sessions, team meetups, etc. I promote company and team events, calls, webinars, etc., and I walk the walk. I never ask anyone else to do anything that I am not willing to do myself. Basically, I believe that I walk the walk!
“I also believe once a teacher, always a teacher! Helping and teaching others is part of who I am. It brings me great joy when I can help a parent spend quality time with their children by being able to stay at home. I love helping parents or grandparents build a legacy income for their family. I love helping others make their dreams come true!”

IMAGINE THIS!
Dateline: Wednesday, January 1, 2020
You said you would, and you DID! This past year – 2019 - has been the best year of your business career!
Remember January 2019? You said, “I WILL,” you had a plan, you put it in writing, you committed to it, and you achieved your goals on target by Tuesday, December 31, 2019!
You were blindfolded to negatives! Laser focused!
A year ago, way back in January 2019 you envisioned the victory and committed to going forward to achieve it! Paying the price!
You were in the game! You were present – you attended, listened, participated, shared, communicated, and committed - consistently.
Many people set their 2019 resolutions and fell short, but not you! No, you committed to it, and even though you tripped a few times and fell into a slump, you made mid-course corrections and got back on track!
You are so deserving of the accomplishment! How great!
You worked hard! You operated outside your comfort zone. You sweated, pained, overcame, and made it happen. What a great feeling you must be experiencing!
You did it your way. You ignored the naysayers. (Maybe even said goodbye to a few of ‘em.)
You were alone at times, abandoned by those you expected to be there. But you surrounded yourself with positive, like-minded people.
You are extraordinary! You proved to yourself that you can do it! And you did!
You should be proud – deservingly so; and your family is proud too!
You fought the good fight and kept your faith. You believed in yourself! You have come to a place shared only by a few.
Every day you focused, reminding yourself of your 2019 year-end solid goals.
You have just worked through your best year ever!
And, best of all, you’ve brought some people with you! You’ve improved lives! You have positively impacted families!
What an accomplishment! How great you must feel!
Congratulations, winner! You’ll never forget 2019 – Last year took you to a new level!
Whew!
Happy NEW YEAR! Have a great 2020!
From Andy Cauthen, President and CFO
ITAS BY THE NUMBERS
LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT ON: SONYA & ROBERT WILSON
1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
Robert and I were both born and raised in Detroit, MI and currently reside in Concord, NC. Robert has four sisters and I am an only child, but we have a blended family of 13 children and nine grandchildren…number ten due in April! We have been married 10 years as of last November 29. We both love basketball and football. We also love traveling, shopping, cooking, eating, meeting new people, and spending time with our family. We have been in relationship marketing for over 25 years. We are honored to be 20/20 Club members, Gold Builders and the first One-Star Directors in Concord, NC.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
WOW! As individuals we have grown and as a couple we have grown. Now that we have the proper leadership and owners with integrity, we are being coached out of our comfort zone and into our destiny. We have been able to witness what true successful power couples really look like. We are now able to lead others and understand what network marketing is all about - FINALLY!!!
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
What is driving us is fear of being homeless, not being able to provide for our children in case of an emergency, and letting other families down that are just like us that need this opportunity. What motivates us is those same things…we have a strong desire to help others and to see a family’s lives change because we had an impact; that is so satisfying…and finally having a stable vehicle that can help others have sustainable financial security.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Robert's role model is his parents because they never allowed him to make excuses and they led by example. They showed him what true commitment in a marriage looks like and there was nothing they would not do for him and his siblings.
My role model is my Granny (my mother's mom) because she taught me to be strong, have posture, make no excuses, and live a life that would be impactful to others. She was a fighter and I have that trait so strong sometimes I can hear her telling me to do just one more task. And lastly, she told me to always be true to who I am and never forget where I came from.
5. The three words that describe you best are:
Resilient, Passionate, and Courageous
The three words that describe Robert best are:
Loyalty, Integrity, and Determined
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Never give up or QUIT because that is NOT an option! Push through the adversities as life will always happen. Be coachable, humble, excited, focus on genuinely and consistently helping people, don't focus on the money, and continue to personally develop yourself.
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, we see ourselves living the life of servitude. We see ourselves continuing to help others reach the goals that they have envisioned for their families. We see our children and their children not wanting for ANYTHING! We see ourselves going where we want and whenever we want while helping others do the same. Five years from now, we will have everything that was already promised to us.
TOP 10 RACE TO THREE-STAR DIRECTOR
DIRECTOR 1.5 ACHIEVEMENTS
Chairman Donald Bradley recognizes One-Star Directors when they achieve the 150 mark in their team building and are on their way to Two-Star Director. Mr. Bradley will work closely with each Director 1.5 to help them reach the Two-Star level!
PLANNET MARKETING WELCOMES LEKIA HARMON TO THE 40/40 CLUB!
PlanNet Marketing is proud to welcome Lekia Harmon to the 40/40 Club! Lekia says, “I’m so excited to have made it this far in under a year, but I know I have many more achievements to accomplish in this business. I thank God for giving me the strength daily to get the word of the business out to others so that they can have an opportunity for themselves.
“I am a single mom of two, an eight-year-old daughter and a one-year-old son. Every day is a task for me but I know where I want to go in life with my business so I put all excuses to the side and I keep pushing forward.
“The way I’ve been so successful is consistency and transparency. Everyone wants to talk to that person whom they can relate to. I’m that girl. We have conversations on end about not only the business but how they can have a successful business and still maintain a life. Many think I work and don’t have fun. But when we talk they laugh and see that I do have fun and I am just like them.”
PLANNET MARKETING WELCOMES SABRINA PERRYMAN TO THE 20/20 CLUB!
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Sabrina Perryman to the 20/20 Club! Sabrina tells us that she was born and raised in East Elmhurst (Queens), NY and currently resides in Sacramento, CA. She is the single mom of three beautiful adult daughters and one son-in-law. “I absolutely LOVE spending time and traveling with them. I am an avid traveler, I love music, movies, food, culture and languages,” Sabrina shares.
“As an avid traveler I’ve been to 25 countries and four continents so far. My top five favorites are Ghana, Bulgaria, Jamaica, Martinique, and Rome. I’m due to go to Belize, Bahamas, and Dubai for 2019 so we’ll see! Having the ability to immerse myself in the culture, people, food, and languages is an absolute dream. I’ve known since I was 10 that I wanted to travel the world. I just never would’ve imagined it would look like this!
“Succeeding in PlanNet was not as easy as I expected. I’ve been in corporate for over 20 years so I just knew I was going to ace this. But the first thing I found out is being in business for yourself will quickly reveal your strengths and weaknesses (i.e. procrastination, coachability, work ethic)! You cannot hide behind anything or anyone. My success comes from being coachable, staying plugged in, and following the system. How fast you PIN and RANK UP…is UP TO YOU!
“One ‘fun fact’ about me is that I am very handy! Being raised by my dad and being a single mom for so long, you learn how to do a lot for yourself. I know how to build furniture from scratch, change my car oil, fix plumbing issues, etc.
“I’m grateful for PlanNet! It has been one of the best decisions I’ve made and I look forward to being a integral part of the growth and expansion of the company.”
PLANNET MARKETING WELCOMES DENISE ROBINSON TO THE 20/20 CLUB!
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Denise Robinson to the 20/20 Club! Denise is from Greenville, SC and currently lives in Prattville, Alabama. She tells us, “I absolutely love people. Any time I can interact with them and help them, it gives me a satisfaction that can't be compared to anything! I love to travel and about twice a year my husband and I take a vacation to a location that requires a passport. Our goal is to fill up the pages.
“As a 20-year Air Force retired veteran I have been afforded the opportunity to travel to many locations around the world - Germany, Portugal, Poland, Italy, France, Belgium, Korea, and Turkey, just to name a few.
“I have achieved success within PlanNet Marketing because of my coach, mentors, and peers. I am a VERY competitive person and being new in this industry I found network marketing to be a challenge. Challenges motivate me! The ability to help people and talk to them about what I love (TRAVEL) means I can't help but WIN. I would say that I achieved success so quickly by trusting the system and following the plays called by my success coach. Once I GOT OUT OF MY OWN WAY, I noticed that this journey became a little bit easier (a little bit!).
“I am ready to continue on this journey and can't wait to join Mr. Bradley on the Sunday night call as a newly birthed Director. ‘I hear you loud and clear Mr. Bradley, it feels amazing!’ I have been practicing our conversation! It will HAPPEN!”
