To achieve the title of Founder Director, Reps will have six months from the day PlanNet Marketing opens in a new market (country) to achieve Directorship. Founder Directors are limited to the first 20 Reps who achieve Directorship per market, before the deadline.

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I'm from Shreveport, LA and currently still residing in Shreveport, where I became the first One- Star Director in my hometown! I enjoy spending time with my two daughters and making an impact in the lives of youth and my community as the Business Community Liaison of Shreveport Job Corps Center.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
The personal and professional development has been priceless and I can't thank Mr. Bradley enough for having the vision to provide this vehicle and culture that has truly blessed me, my team, and my territory (1 Chronicles 4:10). The training videos in the PlanNet Marketing Virtual Office are so instrumental to not only my professional life in PlanNet Marketing, but also in my professional career at my full time job. One of my favorite videos is the Colors training video by Four-Star Director and my sorority sister, Ms. JP Watkins, which was an eye opener for me in that it allowed me to truly understand different personalities with individuals and how important it is to truly understand people to succeed in business and in life.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My children are my ultimate motivation. As a single mother of two girls, it's important that I make it happen for us. Period. My dreams have literally petrified me and fulfilling those dreams truly drives me to reach them. Every day I am amazed with how many people reach levels of success in this business and as General Moore says, "We're just getting started.” That sentence alone literally scares me! Not because I'm afraid of the success but because my dreams are that big! My sponsor, coach and Three-Star Director, Mrs. Lynn Hendricks, is a constant driving force that has truly pushed and pulled greatness out of me that I can honestly say I didn't know was inside of me. Another driving force is definitely my team! Hearing their stories of how they desire to win in this business, as well as witnessing promotions inside my organization, motivates me to continue to help them get everything that they desire out of this business.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I would consider my parents to be my role models! My mother and father never showed us the real struggle as kids; they worked hard to make sure our needs were met. I greatly appreciate everything they did to raise me to be the woman I am today. My mother is definitely my role model because of the sacrifices she made for her family to have things that were not available to her as a child. She has been the most supportive person in my life who believes in me even when I struggle to believe in myself. I admire her grace, poise, strength, and her faith in God, all while working a full-time job, raising my sister and me, being an amazing grandmother to my girls and nephew, and being the devoted wife to my father for 45 years! She is my blueprint of how to be a woman of God and is truly my role model.
5. The three words that describe you best are:
Outgoing, Loyal, and Driven.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Don't be afraid to change for the better. I live by the mantra that my mother instilled in me at a young age, "If I do what I've always done, I will be what I've always been!" Change is necessary to evolve and elevate to your next level of success.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now I will have reached a seven-figure income part-time in PlanNet Marketing, with one daughter finishing high school and going to college debt free, and continuing to grow a team and share the message to those who desire to earn more, save more, and experience more in this amazing business project.

I traveled to Quantico, VA; Albany, GA; and Indianapolis IN, where I received my nursing degree at Indiana University at IUPUI. When my husband retired from the Marines, we returned back to Findlay. I have two children, four grandchildren, and one great-grandson!

“I love to travel and spend time with the kids and grandchildren. I enjoy reading spiritual and inspirational books, educating and helping others, doing research, going on long walks, and going to the gym. I plan on retiring in the next couple of years and plan to travel around the country in an RV motor home, where I can continue to travel and grow my travel business.

“This is my first time in network marketing and I almost missed a great opportunity. When I enrolled as an ITA only, I didn’t really understand what was involved in the process. Being the nurse educator that I am, I wanted to teach others how they could start their own home business. A couple of weeks later, one of our leaders had a workshop on how to build a team and I knew right away this was for me, so I signed up as a Marketing Rep and said, ‘I believe God put me in the right place.’

Some ports of call were Jamaica; Cayman Islands; St. Thomas; Costa Maya, Mexico; Roatan, Honduras; Bahamas; Belize; Cozumel; San Juan, Puerto Rico; Turks and Caicos, and Alaska. I've been to Las Vegas, Pikes Peak, and many other places in the U.S. I also do mission work in Haiti and Honduras.

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Amy White to the 20/20 Club! Amy is from Reading, United Kingdom. She shares that her interests include travel (of course), reading, spending time with family and friends and working on her mindset!

Amy says, “I haven't really had that many travel experiences to date! In fact, I didn’t have a valid passport until earlier this year. I've been to Florida for a Disney holiday when I was younger, I've been to Spain a lot and absolutely love it there, I've been to France and Egypt as well but there's so many more places that I can't wait to explore! I was so excited to travel to Atlanta for the first time for convention this September.

“I have achieved success quite simply by working hard in every spare moment I have available and not giving up when times are tough. For me, giving up is never an option. You have to show up to go up, so you need to be consistent and plug into your corporate team and your leadership team! Sharing your business every day is an absolute must too. Be coachable and willing to learn and implement things. Whatever you do, don't stop, build up momentum!”

COMPLIANCE CORNER

The PlanNet Marketing Policies and Procedures include a lot of deadlines…30 days for this, four months for that, one year for the other thing. Make sure you’re paying attention to your business and you don’t let a little harmless procrastinating cost you.

Here are a few “deadlines” and “timelines” we ask you to follow:

Pay Your Monthly Fee of $19.95. If you aren’t actively paying that $19.95 each month, you could be missing out on commissions! Don’t let money slip through your fingers. Plus, if you don’t pay your monthly fee within 60 days of when it’s due, you will lose your position in the Matrix. Stay active to maximize your return on investment. (P&P Section 2.4)

Tell Us When You Have a Problem. You have 30 days to report an error in commissions, bonuses, downline activity reports, or charges. You must notify PlanNet Marketing in writing within 30 days of the date of the purported error or incident in question. After 30 days, PlanNet Marketing can’t be held responsible for the error. (P&P Section 8.2)

90 Day Refund Policy. I’m not sure WHY anyone would want to cancel and receive a refund, but it does occasionally happen. Please make sure you tell all new Reps when they join PlanNet that in order to get a refund, they must request it within the first 90 days of their enrollment. (P&P Section 8.5)

Following Rules After Cancellation. Let’s say you do decide to cancel your Rep position and move on to other business ventures. Please note that you are required to continue abiding by the PlanNet Marketing Policies and Procedures for six months to a year post cancellation. Yes! That is correct. For six months after cancelling, you agree not to sell any competing products or services (travel); and for one whole year following cancellation, you agree not to directly contact any Rep you did not personally sponsor into PlanNet Marketing. Don’t tell them how much you miss them, don’t offer to babysit their kids, and PLEASE do not tell them about any other business or marketing venture you are pursuing. (P&P Section 5.3.1 & 5.3.2)

Becoming a Rep Again. If you ever decide to leave, and then you want to come back – we LOVE that! But please keep in mind that you must reactivate with the same sponsor as before. If you choose not to reactivate with the same sponsor, then you must wait a minimum of four (4) calendar months before reactivating under any sponsor of your choosing. (P&P Section 5.13.B)

Don’t Procrastinate With Your Business – make sure you’re always on time with the guidelines above.
