Welcome to the 20/20 Club, Jason Latham! Jason tells us, “I was born in Philadelphia, PA.  My parents and I moved to Bear, DE when I was a teenager. I always knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur. I am part of the millennial generation looking to do better than the generation before. I am blessed to have two hard-working, supportive parents who have shown me what not to do. My mother (my biggest cheerleader) and my five-year-old son are my “Why.” I can’t give up. My two main goals:

“I have been able to achieve most of my success by building online through Facebook. Using attraction marketing, Facebook events, Eventbrite, and just being creative are some of the ways I’ve used to build teams all over the U.S. One technique and suggestion I would offer is to be genuine. People can spot a fake a mile away, even online. I show my personality through my messages, so when we meet in person we have already built an honest rapport with each other. Also, I just have that genuine love for helping people. I want to see everyone win!!”

Protect your Matrix position!

PlanNet Marketing uses a Matrix to organize our Reps and position them to earn. The sooner you secure your spot – the better! Don’t lose your position, and the earning potential that goes with it, by making a silly mistake. Are you brand new to PlanNet? Don’t worry – we’re still growing! Every Matrix position is valuable. 

At PlanNet Marketing, we are running a business and we expect our Reps to behave as business professionals. We want to support those who are working their PlanNet business – we’ll run with the runners and walk with the walkers, but if you sit down – we won’t stop with you! This locomotive has too much momentum to stop right now.

Make sure you are following the NUMBER ONE business rule – keep your business OPEN FOR BUSINESS by keeping your PlanNet Rep account and website active. If you fail to pay your monthly $19.95 for 60 days or more (that’s just two payments) your account is automatically canceled. By making sure you pay your monthly $19.95 on time every month, you ensure you won’t lose your Matrix position or miss a single commission payment.

At PlanNet, when we turn a Rep account off, the torch is snuffed out and that Matrix position is gone; the account cannot be reactivated. What am I trying to tell you? It’s so hard to say (who would even THINK about doing it?!)...if you cancel…you cannot reactivate (PHEW! I said it). You have to start all over, with a new account, a new Matrix position, without your downline team. That’s rough, folks! Don’t think this means you can just run off and get a new sponsor though - don’t try to change sponsors! We will find you and we will turn you off - again. You’ll have to start over - again. I know sometimes the grass looks greener – but trust me when I say, it’s not. You need to grow where you’re planted. Choosing to voluntarily cancel your account for any reason is SILLY and thinking that losing your position so you can work with Sally Smith instead of John Johnson? It’ll be the same story, but with more work as you start from scratch.

Make the most of your Matrix position, your Rep account, your current team members (upline, downline, and sideline). Find a local meeting, get plugged in, and stay active, folks!

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
​Born and raised in London, UK, father to two beautiful children - 10-year-old son Mekhi and 5-year-old daughter Maiara. Business started for me when I launched my own music and media company in 2008 and then went on to launching my own clothing label in 2013 and realized the power of entrepreneurship.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Since joining PlanNet, I have grown from strength to strength through personal development and constantly being pushed out of my comfort zones…as well as understanding the responsibility of leading and helping others.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I come from humble beginnings and understand that my children and family will not have to go through what I did, therefore I am driven and motivated to secure their futures.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Honestly...Mr. Donald Bradley! Why? Mr. Bradley has a pure heart and I have seen him as a unique individual but also a friend, father, husband and all round peoples’ champion, and of course he is very successful lol.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Determined, Humble and Adaptable

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Believe in yourself.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
In five years I will be earning multiple millions, have purchased a new home in the UK and holiday homes in Spain and the Caribbean! I will have also retired my parents. :)

MEET NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBER CATHI BRAY!

Welcome to the PlanNet Marketing 20/20 Club, Cathi Bray! Cathi and her husband Tom live near Houston, TX. She tells us her interests are traveling and her travel business, writing for various publications, photography, and spending time with her six kids and seven grandkids.

Cathi shares, “We were able to take about a year off and live in Belize in 2016/2017. We lived about half of the time in the interior/jungle area and half of the time on one of the islands - Ambergris Caye. While we were there we were able to explore most of Belize, including a private island in its raw state, as well as Guatemala, Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, and Tulum. We have also spent time in Mazatlan, Mexico, and we travel within the States as much as we can. My favorite part of traveling is sharing it with friends and family.

“I registered with PlanNet/InteleTravel in January of 2017, but we were living in Belize then and I didn't do anything with the business. When I moved back to Texas in July of 2017, I decided to build my travel business. It wasn't overnight, but momentum kicked in and things have progressed pretty quickly. I think the reason is that I sell the product - travel. I have been involved in other companies in the past, but I always had to convince someone to do something they weren't already doing; and if they were already using a similar product, I had to convince them to switch to mine because "it's better,” and I had to do those end-of-the-month scrambles to get my "quotas" filled. Without having to do any of that in this business, plus the low initial investment and lack of physical inventory, it's a no-brainer. I get so excited about travel, and I share that excitement with other people. I also let them know that with the combination of PlanNet Marketing and InteleTravel, we have multiple sources of income.

“Even if someone only signs up for the ITA at first, I have no doubt they will be adding the marketing option - it's too easy; people literally come to you when they see what you're doing! I think if I had some advice, it would be to talk to everyone you can strike up a conversation with - travel is an easy topic to talk about - post often on social media, but also to keep going and not slow down. Momentum WILL kick in if you keep going. Starting and stopping will never get you where you want to go. I can't thank Mr. Bradley and PlanNet Marketing enough for all they have done for all of us. This is literally changing my life, and my family's lives, as well as many, many others. 

“I guess a fun fact about me is that I am a state-certified firearms instructor. I've also been a newspaper reporter and won an Associated Press award.”

Welcome to the PlanNet Marketing 20/20 Club, LaRhonda Pierce! LaRhonda is originally from Cleveland, OH and currently lives in Hyattsville, MD. She is a retired Air Force vet who loves sports (she is a die-hard Cleveland professional sports fan), shopping, and of course TRAVELING!  LaRhonda says, “I think I fell in love with traveling in 2009. While I was still active duty, I flew to London and I haven't looked back since. Some of my travel experiences are traveling to London, England; Venice and Florence, Italy; Tokyo and Misawa, Japan; Seoul, South Korea; Athens, Mykonos and Santorini, Greece (birthday gift to myself last year); many places in the US; and a total of 12 cruises and counting. I have two scheduled this year!

Welcome to the PlanNet Marketing 20/20 Club, Iyanna Colly!  Iyanna shares, “I’m a single mom of three, and an autism mom who possesses a passion for teaching others how to turn a love for travel into a flexible source of income and reward. Traveling with my children is a joy and I strive to teach them the value of experiences and not things. Hence the inspiration behind the slogan of my business! Shortly after launching my business, I had a viral post on Facebook with over 7,000 shares. I credit that post as being the catalyst that propelled the rapid growth of my business.

I reside in Clinton, MS with my three children and my pet cats Skye and Kitty and pet rabbit Carmelo. I possess an Education Specialist degree in Administration and Supervision from Delta State University in Cleveland, MS. Additionally, I hold a Masters of Arts degree in Teaching in Higher Education from Ashford University in Clinton, IA, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from William Carey University in Hattiesburg, MS.

PlanNet Reps are NOT Travel Experts - and that's OK!

PlanNet Marketing Reps are amazing marketers - their job is to sell the InteleTravel ITA product. The Rep should have some knowledge about the product they sell, but they won't give specific directions for booking travel, earning travel commissions, or other travel related matters. If you buy a car from a car dealership the salesman can give you some basic information about the car, but they won't give you step by step instructions on changing the oil or fixing the transmission, because that isn't their job.

The InteleTravel Agent should know about booking travel, earning travel commissions, completing various levels of certification, etc. I know that many PlanNet Reps are ALSO InteleTravel Agents. Why? They see the value of the product they are selling. That doesn't mean that every person who is a Rep and an Agent is a travel expert or is booking travel actively for others. There are also some Reps who choose NOT to be Agents. There are also some Agents who choose to only sell travel and not pursue a Rep business with PlanNet Marketing. That is each person's choice - each person can choose to be a Rep only, an ITA (InteleTravel Agent) only, or both!
 
Reps - make sure you’re supporting your team members – both Reps and Agents.
 
If you aren’t a travel expert and you have new Agents who have purchased an ITA from you who are looking for expert help and advice – make sure you help them get what they need. Connect them with another Rep on your team who is a Rockstar Agent as well, or connect them with the expert staff at InteleTravel.
 
If your downline Reps need help building, training, presenting, advertising, etc. – show them the steps to take to make their efforts successful. If you don’t know those steps – talk to your sponsor or your upline Director. There is always someone ready and willing to assist. As always, PlanNet Marketing’s fabulous S-Team (Support Team) is available to help too.

Whether you’re a travel expert or travel novice – you can still sell this amazing product, earn commissions, and grow a successful team. We’re all here to help. Success is worth the effort. You can do this!

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
Born in Germany; we relocated to New York, and for the next couple years as a military family went to several other states, and finally planted our roots in Alabama in 1999.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
There has been a lot of growth and personal development since joining PlanNet and much is attributed to the fact that it is not about just ME or my family. WE are changing the lives of others, so there is an almost bigger sense of responsibility to "do better!” Honestly, I've always been a reader but I don't think I've ever read so much about bettering myself as a leader.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I'm very competitive! I'm motivated by LACK. You see I've been denied before. I've been doubted before. And most of all I've seen what LACK looks like. I'm motivated to make sure the generations that come behind me experience life better than I ever did because of the work I put in.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
First I would say my husband! That man puts up with me being an alpha-female and putting 110% into this business! I can't say he 100% loves the time shift from me being a stay-at-home mom to a FULL time entrepreneur, but I know he is proud of how far our business has come! My other role models would be my parents! I'm so honored GOD chose them as my parents because they taught me selflessness and so much more. My heart is super BIG because of them!

5. The three words that describe you best are:
RELENTLESS, PASSIONATE, and TEAMNOSLEEP (yes…that’s a word)

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Always remember that WHATEVER you want to achieve, you can do it if you truly WANT to achieve it. The common denominator in that happening is YOU!

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
In five years​,​ I will be a multi-millionaire, I will have purchased a house in Texas for my parents, my children will almost be done with college, and I will still be flying Spirit Airlines! LOL
